Brutus79 And Johnnyballz Cycle Log

I dont give it any consideration. Are you still doing 7k calories?
Keeping my protein over 300... probably more like a real clean 5000 now. What piqued my interest is learning that grass fed and FINISHED beef has as much omega 3"s as salmon! Free range chicken eggs have 20 times the omegas and nutrients of a wal mart egg.... your body will cut down eating this healthy shit purely from the absence of rampant omega 6's. Raw milk is glorious for you in as much as homogenized pasteurized milk is worthless... grass fed butter (ghee) is a medium chain triglyceride that actually promotes fat loss and is used for energy...

Half a cow is $5 a pound for 150 pounds of butchered meat.... filets, rib eyes, ground beef with organ meat. .. fuck yes.

I work at a milk plant and im jus saying the org milk u think is good for you has some haaarsh shit in it and 18% of the "0rganic" milk isnt even organic its mixd with conventional milk when were processing it because a 6000 gal load of raw organic milk is btween 50 to 80 thousand dollars a load!! So its cheaper to ad regular raw milk an say its organic but realy only about 60 percent of it is actually organic milk the rest is conventional milk and additives for color and shelf life. Just thought id let you kno man
This is not fda processed- straight pick up at a farm and you have to shake it every time to mix the cream... if you don't drink It in a week it becomes buttermilk. Same shit?

Well thats how it comes to us just like ur getn it which that is some good stuff but if you go to Walmart and buy org milk after weve. Processed it your beter of with 2% or skim or whole milk man

$5/lb is pretty good but I wouldn't chalk that up to grass fed bullshit. All cattle are grass fed since the dawn of time. Its just a sales pitch brotha. But that is a good price.

As for raw milk, I hate it! You may like it but its WAY thicker than whole milk. The head on raw milk is a good 2" thick

Nothing real comes out of walmart... well- everything is real cheap. I'm going to try it and see how my guts do- because they have had it with sams club meat... even whole foods has that "organic" cut shit and it's still a million bucks.

Hell yea if your getting the millk basically straight from the cow u sir have some true organic milk. If a farm says they have organic milk then thats wat they have because in order to sell that milk for public use the fda has to verify that it is infact organic and a corporate member visits the farm twice a month to ensure the milk is still organic

Is it mostly dairy / milk products that are giving you GI tract / gut problems ?
No- I cut it out completely and no difference... it's overeating in general and years of pill abuse led to a badly damaged set of guts. It has flared up with my caloric increase... meats seem to be fucking it up worse and I eat plenty of greens... yogurt helps but I feel like I am poisoning myself.

Your right, they all are grass fed until they are sent to a feedlot, where they are fed diet grain, bulk fiber (anything from cardboard to ground hay) and antibiotics for about 4.5 months before slaughter. There is a difference in grass fed beef. Taste, texture or tenderness (dependent on the breed) and nutrients are somewhat different.

4-5 months is a conservative estimate... it is also acceptable for a usda label for the cow to be fed grain/soy/corn products their entire life. The entire mechanism in a cow stomach(s) that derives nutrition from their natural foliage diet dies off and becomes infected when fed grain, and abscess es form. Bad. Stuff.

I certainly agree that eating at a surplus on the daily is likely going to cause some degree of GI discomfort.

Whey protein seems to cause quite a few gut problems for me, but I only really have 1 scoop a day at this point so it's not that big of a deal.

Milk and anything with lactose in general can be pretty brutal for some guys when it comes to gut problems. Not surprising since the majority of earths population are lactose intolerant. Glad to hear it's not the culprit in this case, especially because cereal tastes fucking great.

Ever read about camel milk? It's as expensive as gh but just as beneficial and a complete food like breat milk... camels have one stomach like a human so even lactose intolerant people have no problem with it.

I like camel toe...

Well shit get milk from a breast feeding female. I hear its REALLY good for babies.lol

I been tempted to have my still breast feeding wife to fill me up a few quarts for the cause.

Never heard of it until now, but you definitely weren't kidding about it being expensive. At the amount of money it would cost to drink this stuff on the daily I think I could run fda growth in its place.

if you are getting the milk strait from the farmer your good. if you are getting the beef from the farmer and he isn't feeding grain your set. goats milk is great for you too. sounds like your set :)

Sometimes if you get with the frames they will sell you a cow. My friend and I are thinking of splitting one. 1000 so thats 500 a piece. Plus processing. That enough for 6 months. I think.

Man i wish i could get my hands on some raw milk. Some people dont like the idea of it but it is so good for you. Pasteurizing kills so much of the good shit in milk..a good part of the stuff that helps out bodies metabolize it properly. Part of the reason why so many people are lactose intolerant.
Would be nice to get some again, i used to work on a dairy farm when i was a kid so had dibs on it then but in Canada you cant legally purchase raw milk. Probably the same in the states i suppose.
