Weighted Chinups First Cycle - Test Cyp 12 Weeks

@Oregonstrong ... I will have to give that a try. Definitely not afraid of sodium ... I like to add a little spice every now and then to keep it interesting. Have you every tried Sriracha hot chili sauce?

Thanks for checking in man. Still going strong. This log has been neglected to say the least, I think I should have went for a more casual approach when writing entries. I also think higher frequency training isn't as interesting when logged because you often end up reporting much of the same thing.

That being said, I am still going strong. Here is where I am currently at strength wise in my major lifts.

Weighted Dips - 125lb x 10 at 212lb bw
Incline Barbell Bench - 185lb x 10

Weighted Chinup - 90lb x 10 at 212lb bw
Weighted Pullup - 45lb x 10 at 212lb bw
Bodyweight Pullup widegrip - bw x 15-20

Seated Row - 210lb x 10
Chest Supported Dumbbell Row - 135lb x 10

Romanian Deadlift - 385lb x 10
Front Squat - 200lb x 10
 
I'm also a fan of the lying down cable curl, just feels so isolated, and the pump is unreal.

Looks like you've got every aspect figured out, I can learn a few things from you.
