Gr8whitetrukker goin to the dark side!!

@gr8whitetrukker most wrestlers have thick necks from getting wrenched on all the time. A good friend of mine was an wrestler in college and he has practically no neck!! It's pretty much natural for him now because I've never once seen him do anything to develop it.

If it was me I would work with the chains and the bridges you mentioned. Developing your traps also helps the neck, so I would also recommend Heavy shrugs (aka Power shrugs).

Another thing I've done when trying to develop a thicker neck is pressing my hand against my forehead and pushing. so my hand is pushing my head backwards and my head is pushing forwards. I would hold the pressure for 15 seconds and then do another angle. This is something I would do througout the day and I felt like it did make a difference. But I still don't have a "wrestlers neck" so take it for what its worth...
Ya I've seen the towel on the forehead being done. I believe the neck bridges are key here but their pretty tough to do from the start. Its not that I have a skinny neck by any means but I am always interested in beefing up this important body part.

I just got my blood pressure tested while im waiting to see the doc and came back 127/86. Not bad

Also had a body fat test done came back at 13.4 percent? I dont believe im that low. I was expecting about 18 percent. So by that test im carrying 34.4 lb of fat

I've seen your pics, you very well could be 13.4 but you may not think so because of where YOUR body stores fat..

Im back bitches!

Pneumonia kept me outta the gym for 7 days. A quick doc visit and antibiotics regimen has me feeling better.

I doubled up today chest/back, push/pull so I could make up two days in one. I dropped a couple lbs but no big deal. I got alot of good food sitting in the fridge from thanksgiving so ill eat up. I couldn't help myself I downed 1.5 pumpkin pies since yesterday sooo damn GOOD
 
Well bro's looks like I jammed my left shoulder up today. Hope it doesn't last long. Im pretty sure it was the shoulder laterals. Its happened to me before. Doctor told me about 8 years ago I had calcified tendonitis and this feels alot like that shit again. Hopefully itll be ready for chest day in 2 days. What a drag
