Gr8 white honestly i have no idear.. i mean once i got the results my nips did look especially puffy.. i was kinda trippn been running that ai ed, and nolva ed for a few weeks. sorta made the decisison ima have those lumps removed all together. . shit aint nothing but another bill.. But i def want to be able to know what ai dose i need for doses and this will be the only way to figure it out. ..

Throw in about 1/2 cup of oatmeal Tile and it'll look like my shakes in the mornings.

nice.. only thing i dont like is cleaning the proccessor.. but yeah ill add some oatmeal to next one..
 
Use quick oats. They're a little more processed and mix up so good you don't know they're in there. Been drinking oatmeal for a year now. Even in regular protein shakes. I'll grind up a whole can of quick oats in the food processor until it's like a flour. Mixes well in a shaker bottle with a couple scoops of protein.

Thanks Furious.. im trying my ass off to make the most macro wise out of this cycle. I lacked last one, thought i was eating enough, but i was leaner and leaner on that one every day, so i should have realized my intake wasnt enough to be fully utilized. And bro you can make it happen only one in the way of our progress's is ourselves..

lol. . my obliques and bottom of my stomach has def taken on some fat.. no big deal.. This is my alter ego.. the fat child that never got enough portions.. I think i want 225-230 when im bulking. no more than that thou serious.. Ill leave the upper 200s for you dudes that are built like horses.. I mean my legs are defined as hell, can see crazy definition and veins, but i think i have a 16'' calf. .. not great at all naturally . My dad looks like a stick figure with a gut in his old age. I use that as a driving force because if genitics are not on ur side that is the biggest fight.
But im not quite a true 210 because that is a few pounds of water and un digested food in the evening. I think maybe 204-205, but im seeing by the end of next month i bet 210 easy. Probabably shoot to hold 200 off, and rebound next cycle to the 220s.. I need to put all that extra in my quads, hams/glutes, calfs. thats where the 20-30 needs to go. upper body i just need more definition, and more peak to my bis, and tris for that matter

tonight was chest.

i also started cardio tonight. fuck the waiting. ive been off of it for 5mo now .. couldnt wait to hop on the hell train. 10 min on a elpitcal and 5 on a stairmaster be4 lifting. sucked

chest went like this.

and then 9 sets of 10 @ 185. last set was def taxing.

incline smith machine press.. 135 3 slow sets of 12

3 sets of machine chest flys , 115 x 12 , 135 x 12 165 x 12
supered with light weight cross over flys..

done.

cant wait for tommorrow..arm day.. and im seeing some changes over the weeks in my arms.. so yeah pumped to get in on tommorrow...

also should have new bloods back tommorrow i bet

4 min sprint at 10mph

Would have hit 315 but my legs were shaking at this point so I gave in .

Burned out case i still got some gas while enhanced .

3 sets seated leg press slow and deliberate every vein in my legs showing hard ...

Supered with some single leg lunges with a easy curl bar over my back .

6 sets of calf raises .

Post workout shake . Give me 1-2 years I can smell it .. Gunna be some sicko changes.
 
Well hit a damn nice low back calf ab work out .

Nobody but two people at my gym tonight for awhile it was jst me . So fking nice .

I did cardio all week . Pre workout . I'd stretch than hit elptical , treadmill and stairs a combo of all 3 tonight . I know by this cycles finish I'll love that result

Did 5 sets of reverse hypers supered with hypers and a plate . Supered with ab crunch machine

Then light rack pulls tonight focusing on lat pinch at top and perfect slow form .

10 sets of 10 135

Then smith machine calf press
225 x 15
315 x 15
405 x 15
225 x 25

Supered with 2 plates and sitting calf raises

Then some tri dips and push downs so I look beast in the mirror. Done
 
I cant believe youre not 220lbs with the amount of food you're eating and the intensity level you demonstrate here and in the gym. You must have a lightening fast metabolism.

i wish i was a ripped 220. i think itll take time. i need to build my legs way more. im genitically limited in that aspect. my outer sweep is splitting down the middle and definition has started there and calfs, but overal still small. lots of work to accomplish. give me a year or two.. ill get to a solid 220.. if my back and all else hold true

ive been slowing down on food slightly some days, other days im getting it in.. cardio has been turned on major time.. havent notice much decline on the scale. wake up anywhere between 200-204 and bedtime 206-209 depending
 
@tileguy123 keep it buddy! A solid 220lbs will be hella accomplishment. I agree with you, take your time in getting there. With the dedication and commitment you put in, you'll get it.
On the other hand, no need to hang your head at all, you're killing this cycle! It wasn't long ago we were talking TB500 and tens units trying to get healthy. Keep gettin brother!
