Nah I appreciate it guys but I def gained 1" of fat on low abs off cycle especially since with the tendonidis I had - I took a 3 week break from the gym along with stopping cardio wen I came off to preserve calories for building . So I haven't done a lick of cardio in along time now .. Not sure if that was a positive direction or not ... I feel I could eat and gain weight cleaner with some simple daily cardio vs not . I'm about to incorporate it dec 1st but may jump the gun even I'm te next cple days

I wish i had a training partner that had game.. its just me and youtube .. lol . . . there are trainers but im not to fond of that 40/hr shit.. and its hard to even cram all the shit you need into one week of hrly sessions...
 
I gotta find the article I read years ago with Brian Hellwig as the author. He basically said guys over think everything and worry about overtraining and try to be creative with how they lift. When its really simple eat big lift big that's it.
 
well idk .. everything is good over here.. i mean am i where i want to be, fuck no. but when i look around my gym.. im one of the biggest dudes , maybe not the biggest, but def up there for best muscle cutt.. now i need size, and i have def added some poundage this cycle. . . not sure that im bigger arm or delt, or back wise.. i appear fuller, but i think with me coming from a 510 511 frame at 165-175 orginally it will take me a few years to reach my goals.. ive been at it about 1 year 5 days -6 days a week. . i dont see that altering anytime soon. i got the iron bug
 
Tile I'm with the fellas on this one bro. Especially if your arms growth is slowing down. Switch it up for a while; more TUT and less reps. Nothing like a change of pace. Give it a go for a few weeks and see how you like it. If it's pump that your after throw in one set at the end until failure.

Ill say this also. Arnold for 6'2" competed at less than 240. For his time that was big. He is the best of all time, to me. If he had AI during his time he could wipe the floor with any body from modern day Olympia line up. I don't think he was anywhere near his genetic limit

no one has mature muscle at 20. Arnold was peaked before he was 26 though. Arnold won Mr. O at age 23.
 
You gotta see where im coming from tho Huck...to say 5 years is the ceiling is over simplifying things. Keep upping your dose, switching compounds, running smarter cycles I think you'd be looking closer to a life time of dedication. I also believe no body has ever reached a tapped out full on genetic potential. Its too much to quantify

your wrong. the BB now days are over tapped out. when they come off the slin and don't eat as much they are back down to genetic limits. Dorian is no were near the size he use to be. the list goes on and on. the pro's and want to be pro's are past genetic limits.
 
they'll need newer and stronger drugs. at the moment they are just in the pipe line, not ready for everyone to have just yet.
 
I'll probably never see it, but I'm waiting on mHGH. that is were you sit on the couch and grow 20% more muscle from doing nothing.
 
Yeah i just want to reach my genetic roof and maintain that. I hate the thought of being this ripped up beast co dependant on shit for that size. . . i want that astetic skinny waist look anyway, with monster arms and quads and shouldnt be impossible at all to create. I agree the BBers of this day and age, are quite overdone. Its cool, we all want to see the huge cartoonish figure on stage, but I know thats isnt my goal.
