Nah I appreciate it guys but I def gained 1" of fat on low abs off cycle especially since with the tendonidis I had - I took a 3 week break from the gym along with stopping cardio wen I came off to preserve calories for building . So I haven't done a lick of cardio in along time now .. Not sure if that was a positive direction or not ... I feel I could eat and gain weight cleaner with some simple daily cardio vs not . I'm about to incorporate it dec 1st but may jump the gun even I'm te next cple days
for every 1" on your waist is 4 lbs of fat. that is basically what it figures out to be.
try to get you sets down to 20 sets if you can.
