This cycle .. So that 37pounds I'd give it 5 lbs of water flux so 32 at least and the ethanate is barely turned up at 6 weeks .
I've decided ima start doing cardio 5 x a week and abs 3.x ew starting dec 1 .

Nah I appreciate it guys but I def gained 1" of fat on low abs off cycle especially since with the tendonidis I had - I took a 3 week break from the gym along with stopping cardio wen I came off to preserve calories for building . So I haven't done a lick of cardio in along time now .. Not sure if that was a positive direction or not ... I feel I could eat and gain weight cleaner with some simple daily cardio vs not . I'm about to incorporate it dec 1st but may jump the gun even I'm te next cple days
 
I think ima call around this coming week and get a gynocomastia consult. if i can do it for under or 3k consider that shit a coming. just not sure if they tack on anestesia and room /doc supplies to the surgeon fee.. above and beyond the 3k . . my nips are def more puffy than usual, and the pebbles i have underneath from puberty / fat boy gyno are more pronounced. im sick of that shit. fucking ruins my symmetry. man they need to work a combo deal for me and my girl.
 
Is there any sensitivity at all. Buddy of mine had it and said just the pressure of a t shirt rubbing would hurt. He had the surgery done last year

not too much.. its not pleasent to feel around under there..but no shirts or anything doesnt really affect it.. it just doesnt look aestetic...
 
Alright Great Chest workout tonight.. no real weight advances.. but damn i feel strong.. and pumped up full of blood and protien.. maybe some water too :)

Ill go over my workout in a bit.. the walking dead is on in 7min..

all in all good day.. football was decent today.. beef and pork steaks on the grill

huge batch of puree'd sweet potatoes, made with some heavy creme..

stocked up on meats, yogurts, eggs, milk all the shit. 6 pounds of that good good cottage cheese.. yeah boy
 
So last night, chest day was like this..

warm up

Inclined smith machine 135 x 12 nice and slow

Machine Flys 110 x 20
130 x 8
150 x 8
170 x 8

Cable crossovers flys 25 #s for 40 reps 3 sets.

I dont know what to call this one machine, its adjustable cable arms.. I do flys underhand style on it. 3 sets

at end 3 sets of 50 pushups , till every fiber in my is shaking. with this workout i could actually feel that 4mo old pec tear slightly. not bad , but it still isnt 100% gone.

went home ate steak, watched TWD..

I should also mention i bought a fancy food proccessor. fucking loving that shit for my sweet potatoes, makes a badass puree.. plus making even my water based whey shakes in it, and throwing in yogurt, and bannass..its the fucking bomb.

This AM

Hit 5 eggs, and a buttered bagel. . headed to gym

arm day. switch up to tris first. Hit closed grip bench . little tough as my chest is still mildly soar..

185 x 12
225 x 8

then went right into weighted dips with a plate. Probably could do more weight, but for me its all about isolation on my dips.. very slow deliberate and isometric at times. 5 sets.

Then Tri pushdowns.. 5 sets

superseted with Tri pulldowns on the lat bar..

Then started in on the bis, i was already about worn out honestly.. shows me how them dips and closed grips are more effective right off the bat while fresh..

bis were,
5 sets of preacher curl machine double handed.
hammer curls 5 sets
ez bar curls 4 sets
single handed preacher curl with db 4 sets
inverted curls with elbow resting on inner thigh 4 sets

supination wrist/elbow movements with light weight, forearm raises 3 ways.. then heavy farmer walks to finish my day..

Ill be damned if i dont make them arms grow another inch in 2015
 
Sounds right .. Typically my volume would be much less but on aas I seem to be able to tolerate much more abuse . Now I realize several have said more time under tension less sets .. More weight and control / isolation . I'm trying but I'm OCD on aas and can't stop myself short .. Who knows I'm prob justifying it ., but yeah I didn't count sets until well even now I haven't counted

I should add with my bis im not curling as heavy as i can or would really ideall like to, because i will not comprimise my freshly healed elbows. i need them to heal complete, and heaving heavy curls is number 2 next to chinups to set me down that path. I could see curling with barbells heavy and only needing a few sets to be exhausted... every1 seems to have a different input on heavy vs light and controlled reps while enhanced..
