Need advice first c. sustanon + deca

Hello guys I'm novice and i need some advice

Here my status
Age : 24
Height : 172cm
Weight : 50 kilos

My first cycle for 12 weeks and latest results
Week 1-2 : Sustanon 250/2x
Weight : 56 kilos (gain 6kilos)

Week 3 : Sustanon 250/2x + Deca 250/1x
Weight : 59 kilos (gain 3kilos)

My question is
1. Does it better if I make the deca same dosage like sustanon (twice) ?
2. I'm curious to add trenbolone and anabol 50 at my 7th weeks until end. So it become (sustanon+deca+tren+anabol) How about this.. ?

How long are you going to do the deca? I don't think I fully understand your formatting, it looks like you want to run sust for 2 weeks, and deca for 1 week.

If you are running deca for 12 weeks, it more than likely isn't enough unless you front load and do a lot more than what you have listed.
 
Sorry I can't calculate lbs. We use kilos. But yes when i began I'm 50 kilos. And now 3 weeks after roid is 59 kilos. I gain 9 kilos for 3 weeks.

I use deca from week 3-12.
I just use sustanon at week 1-2 Because I need to used to slowly.
 
This is my steroid plan.

Week 1-2 : Only Sustanon 250/twice a week

Week 3-12 : Sustanon 250/twice a week + Deca 250/once a week
 
Deca takes a long time to get into the system, especially at lower doses. You would be barely running enough for joint relief, and you aren't running it nearly long enough. Sustanon isn't really that great to pin 2x a week either, it's normally pinned eod, since it has more short and medium acting esters than long esters.

Deca @ 250/wk should really be ran for 16 weeks to see any muscular gains from it. If you are just using it for joint relief than what you have laid out is fine. But if you are trying to bulk off it, you need to up the dose to around 400 or more.

Is this your first cycle, or just first cycle with sust and deca? If it is your very first cycle, I would either drop the sust or the deca, and just run one compound. Either of the two is fine for a first go.
 
Yes I'm 5'6, as short as my surfboards. Lol. I eat about 5-6 times a day. Mostly oatmeal and eggs (yellow and white). And sometimes chicken breast. The obvious thing while i gaining is my emotion feel soo 'full'. And I surely feel part by part of my body crawl and grow especially during the night.

Yes 4leafclover thanks for information and advice i really purchase it. I will make deca twice so it become 500/week from now until 16 weeks then. But if it without sustanon. I've heard you will lost your energy and only deca will kills your sex drive.. horrible decision ..

Now i will start with deca every monday and thursday. For 16 weeks. And also finish my sustanon until my last stock. About 4 weeks more. Is that ok? Do you know what good brands for deca ? Because I've heard people normally use different roid, if only use same roids doesn't works anymore because you're body get used to it.

And maybe I will add some tren and d-bol at middle cycle if I feel not enough.

More than likely, the people telling you that, haven't used deca, they are just reading shit off the internet. While it is true deca can kill your sex drive, this doesn't happen with the MAJORITY of users. My coach said he see's it in one out of 40 users, keep in mind the people he trains are using a lot more than 500/wk of it. If you are really worried about it, you can run 250mg/wk of test to keep the shutdown at bay.

The best brand for deca is organon, since that is the company that trade marked it. Honestly, any brand will do, provided it isn't a shitty UGL. You will need to do your research on that one.

Yes, it is ok to finish out your sust.

I switch AAS every 6-9 weeks, depending on how many times I am going to switch. Most of my cycles are 16-18 weeks long. I always switch at least twice, sometimes 3 times.

Bro did you do your research? If your trying to bulk you need to eat a lot not just eggs and oats with an occasional chicken breast like you said. & start dbol at the beginning to give you a boost not in the middle of the cycle. How many calories are you eating a day? & tren can be used to bulk but your 110 pounds, maybe when you gain more weight bulk with tren?. Could try a lean bulk with some masteron or something..plus the sides of tren are horrible I hear for a first cycle (if it's not your first cycle I apologize) but it sounds like it is. I've not done a cycle yet but from the research and things people been telling me I hope it helps you.

If you are bulking, 4k calories to start, if you hit a wall, up the calories.

I use tren to bulk, lots of terrible information on the internet. Be wary what you "hear".
 
Tren for a first cycle bulk when he's 110 pounds?
No, I would not use tren for a first cycle. I would not recommend running more than 1 compound at a time for a first time user.

Just pointing out that tren is great bulker. It allows you to eat more while suppressing fat accumulation, increases strength, enhances recovery time greatly, and allows you to get away with nearly 0 cardio.

NOT A FIRST TIME USER AAS!

Since he is using sust, he can add the dbol wherever he likes it, main reason you see orals added up front is because they want to get an "effect" while they wait for longer esters to kick in. Sust does not suffer from a long ramp up, since the majority of the esters (of test) are short and medium esters (sust).

Personally, I would add it when I started the deca, the two work amazing together.

I would stay away (as a first time user) from tren, mast, eq, primo, etc. The goto AAS for first timers should be either test or deca. 2nd cycle, you can add an oral. 3rd cycle, you can do a stack, pref test,deca, and an oral. This is just my personal opinion. Lot's will opt to do an oral and test. I advise the way I do, so someone gets used to a compound's sides before creating stacks, that way they know how to handle each one (BP, GYNO, water retention, etc).
 
Sustanon 2 wks deca 3-12 & adding tren and anabol also...110 pounds and only eating eggs and oatmeal with an occasional chicken breast like He said...this sounds horrible in my eyes.

Shouldn't the eating come first or atleast eat more than just eggs..I'm 150 pounds and I'm considered really small and told to eat more before cycling..110 pounds is Victoria secret model weight. Not trying to be a dick but c'mon man.

What's your gym schedule like @Firewire
