Two observations Brutus. First on the bench- I don't think the problem at 315 has anything to do with working chest twice per week. 3 sets of 5 at 325 when your max is around 375 is a max effort which should leave you spent. My max is a little over 375 now and I'm about 90% certain I can't get 3 sets of 5 at 325.
On the deadlift, in general I like the way you ramp up quickly for max attempts but a very good powerlifter told me years ago never to increase the weight jumps as you work up.
I have followed his advice ever since and haven't had near as many misses. On your max attempt you went up 110 pounds from the previous set and in all of the other sets you were going up 90 pounds. Next time try 135, 235, 335, 425, 515. Or you could tell me to screw off and stop trying to give you advice! Your choice.
