First cycle, need help.

I am 6'ft 174lbs, not much body fat at all, I eat about 200g protein a day and also 300g carbs. Spaced between 5 meals. My metabolism is ungodly, I can eat whatever I want, as much as I want, and will not gain. I am 21 years old. I'm hoping steroids/test will activate my body.

What is a good first cycle?

I want it as simple as possible, I've researched a lot. Seems a high does of sustanon would be a good first cycle for 10 weeks.
 
Your endo system is working the best it ever will at this age. I personally wouldn't screw with it by shooting some crappy UGL steroids in your body. I know it sucks to think about but eat more. Give this 5 years and see where you are. In fact go get a blood test and see where your TT levels are, your probably in the 800-1000 range. Most guys on here would kill for that again. Private labs md, blood test costs about $50, there's a coupon code for dec on here too search for it
 
500mg a week of Sustanon for 10 to 12 weeks.
Or 500mg a week of test Enanthate or Cypionate would also be a good first cycle.
But I would like to see what your total calories are brother. 200g Protein and 300g of Carbs I would lose weight. How about 400g of Protein and 900g of Carbs plus 100g of fat. That would be around 6000calories give or take. If you can't gain weight you aren't eating enough period. I should know I had the same problem when I was your age brother.

I'm probably eating about 4000 calories a day, I do sheet metal/hvac work so I probably burn a lot of calories. But I definitely need to get my blood done by them for sure
 
At 21 your metabolism is off that charts, yes it will be hard to gain weight period. Natural T levels are more than likely peaking, i wouldnt ruin them with gear just yet....wait til your under 600, youre most likely close to 800 at your age, bur getting blodds done will confirm that
 
Your metabolism isn't the issue - its your eating habits imo.

Individual BMR / Resting Metabolic Rates do not vary as dramatically as most people think. Even the biggest variances or ' high metabolisms ' aren't that much higher than most. Maybe around a few hundred calories extra BMR at the most. Assuming you are perfectly healthy without any thyroid disorders, or wasting diseases.

If you are 6' tall, try and get to 200-205 at a moderate bf percentage. That is around 24 on the fat free mass index, so it is more than attainable drug free.
 
21 is too young. Period. Wait til 24-25. You got your whole life to use AAS.

But if you don't care. I would stick to single ester test for 10 weeks 500-750mg/week

Don't do sustanon unless it's pharma. Test blends are stupid

Get pharma AI's and PCT. Use hcg last half of cycle and first week of pct
 
If you can't gain naturally you will NEVER gain on. It cranks my metabolism up... if you cycle without your diet dialed in naturally you will be throwing money and time away- and quite possibly fucking yourself up.
 
Kody, you need to eat more period if you have your proteins dialead in according to weight then you can easily attain your goals by bumping your good fats. Fat carries the most calorie of all other nutrients. So start supplementing with almonds, cashews and peanuts or in this case peanut butter just because its sweet. Do this and add another 1k calories and lift. You should see an improvement. Also weight gainers are easy to drink and pack a lunch in calories. Add one to your normal daily diet and enjoy.

Good inside there man I figured it would give me the gain I've been looking for, other guys that were my size (170-180lbs) and my age (20-23yrs) started on test from the doctor 200mg every week and all are fucking huge and at 200-210lbs. So that's why I was thinking this was the route for me

There is a definite natural sweet spot for you to gain weight naturally. Find it. I have to force feed all day to gain- I was 180 when I was 20... and I was 250 when I was 25 without touching a steroid.

Holy shit 250 natural that's Wild man, I just hope time will tell. If I'm not eating hellaciously enough, I know I am atleast eating a shitload compared to what I used to, maybe I need to wait a year to determine some weight gain from my increased appetite.
