Happy New Year to all. Just signed on with a lot to learn.

Due to several injuries I've been on my ass for a solid 9 months. As a result, I'm the proud owner of the following stats:

Age: 50
Height: 6' 2"
Weight: 240 lbs
BF: 22%

My natural state is 205 lbs and BF of 14%.

I've been cleared for the gym so my first step is to attack the fat and to rehab shoulders that have been reconstructed twice each.

My current plan (starting 2nd week of Jan. 2015) is HGH/Serostim 2 IUs 2x per day (with some ramp-up) for a period not to exceed 6 months. My training will initially be high volume. Once my body is pulled back together I expect to transition to AAS. I've got some time to read up and learn before I cross the AAS bridge.

Happy New Year

Happy new year brother an welcome to meso. You'll never have a hard time finding helpful people around these parts lol. Hope everything goes great for you bro.

Welcome over and I can relate as I've had serious injury as well in the past which sidelined me from the gym for 4 years

With time and perseverance I was able to recover a good part of what I lost as far as gains go so you should be able to as well!

What kind of high volume? I found german volume training to be phenomenonal for rehabbing shoulder injuries being it doesn't have to have direct shoulder work.

Welcome and good luck- any questions just ask.

Thanks for the welcome. You couldn't be more right about time and perseverance. There is definitely a mental aspect to "coming back." I'm trying to set 6 month goals, put my head down, and do the work. With the exception of dieting, this could be fun.

Thanks for the welcome. I aspire to GVT. My initial program will look more like the little sister to a GVT program - light weights and high"ish" volume without the time component. Things need to stop clicking and popping before I go aggressive.

Happy New Year
