Due to several injuries I've been on my ass for a solid 9 months. As a result, I'm the proud owner of the following stats:
Age: 50
Height: 6' 2"
Weight: 240 lbs
BF: 22%
My natural state is 205 lbs and BF of 14%.
I've been cleared for the gym so my first step is to attack the fat and to rehab shoulders that have been reconstructed twice each.
My current plan (starting 2nd week of Jan. 2015) is HGH/Serostim 2 IUs 2x per day (with some ramp-up) for a period not to exceed 6 months. My training will initially be high volume. Once my body is pulled back together I expect to transition to AAS. I've got some time to read up and learn before I cross the AAS bridge.
