I def will. I just can't get bet over bb rows right. They are very uncomfortable.
 
Once you get into the groove with these. Your poundages should increase nicely.

YouTube it. Basically a back extension with a bb or ez bar. I am tall 6"2. So I use the highest pin on the back extension station. It's a very tight and strict motion. I like it for 2 sets of 6-12 reps.
I do back extensions with plates, where I hold a 35-45lb plate to my chest and then perform the extension. A real treat for the back!

I also do the weighted back extension as you mentioned. I switch off between them and the dead hypers. Because of the different leverage you get different stimulations from the two movements.
