Dead hypers?
Rows with a trap bar?i imagine they can be awkward?
I def will. I just can't get bet over bb rows right. They are very uncomfortable. Not at all brother. And easy on the shoulders due to the neutral grip and easy on the low back due to more even weight distribution. Give them a try....

Yep, going to be doing more of theseOnce you get into the groove with these. Your poundages should increase nicely.
I do back extensions with plates, where I hold a 35-45lb plate to my chest and then perform the extension. A real treat for the back!Thought you'd never ask
YouTube it. Basically a back extension with a bb or ez bar. I am tall 6"2. So I use the highest pin on the back extension station. It's a very tight and strict motion. I like it for 2 sets of 6-12 reps.
Try doing these with a band! You will never go back to the plate!Yep, going to be doing more of these
