Look at it this way bro at least she cooked it for you.;) I usually have to do all the cooking myself.:( Why do the guys have to do everything:rolleyes: O that's right because we are all that is MEN:D. Ps I'm texting this in the closet so the ol young lady don't punish me for it lmfao while smfh:cool: So much for being all that is I guess:p O an btw I would love to have that meal right about now:)

This is my first time running it and I'm running it at 700 wk. Yeah I feel like my stomach is doing kart wheels every 2 hours and I start to get jittery. I eat 5000-6000 cal ED and 400-500g protein and I am only putting on 2-3 lbs a week but I can literally see my body changing every time I look in the mirror. I will never run another cycle without it. I will use it for bulking and cutting.

So how far into your cycle are we know?
 
Organic non soy plant based protein shake, heaping tablespoon of greek yogurt, 2 tbsp. PB2, 1 Tbsp 1000% Cacao, 1/2 cup unsweetened coffee, 1/2 cup almond milk. I am really liking the plant based protein. Cold pressed hemp is the number ingredient been reading up on it and my body seems to digest it much better then whey.
