A Southern Yankee's Winter Blast

No training today. Its my only scheduled off day besides monday. Monday and thursday. I found keeping a rest day in between keeps me healthy. Work kills me and its a delicate balance between losing my mind and pursuit of my own ambitions.

My back is surprisingly taught and sore from yesterdays session. I dont normally go that heavy. I caught my muscles by surprise on that one. From my traps down to my lower lats. Beautiful soreness!:)

For the first time i really shared with my wife my goals and ambitions. She was shocked. But i think shes on board. She knows how my determination is. Weve been together 13 yrs and been thru alot. I think AAS has turned over another leaf in our life together. Things are possible now that werent before. So we'll see.

Been getting a ton of compliments recently. Even with a thick winter jacket on people ask me funny things. A popular one they ask is if i play for the cowboys. I get that one alot recently:) i hear they hold open try outs...
 
Overslept this mornin:(:mad:

Ill hafta double it up tomorrow. Ah well ill put shoulders with arms that'll work. Squats still have their own day.

Laziness has its price.

I need to up my daily protein a bit. Im aiming for 400 g but falling around 330 most days.

I wish my job WAS to workout lol. Id be one dedicated mofo. Doing all these things thats required would be easy if i didnt have a REAL job lol.

The dbol is in full effect. I thought at first it was weak but now my water filled chest has it protruding out of my 2X work shirt. Wife made the comment yesterday that my work garb was tighter than usual. I thought i was crazy but im glad she noticed it too. So ill keep it at 60mg daily. No side effects at all. No cramping or pains, nothing. Strength is up and gym energy too. Recovery is starting to get ramped up. I contribute that to the injectables. I felt that early last cycle too:)
 
Im adding ham, pork chops, tuna or chicken to my 2nd omelette of the day

Also adding cottage cheese to more meals to make up the protein difference.

For now im staying away from the high milk diet. It backs me up pretty bad and bloated me up
 
I got out of work in 8 hours today and thought I would do an evening workout to make up for sleeping in this morning.

19 sets total--------shoulders

Military press 8 sets total
Start at 200 lb
End at 90 lb

Upright rows 3 sets
Front raises 4 sets
Laterals 2 sets
Rear laterals 2 sets

Dbol must be in full effect. Military presses 200 for reps of 6 to start my workout. Not too bad

I got a 2.5 lb beef chuck in the crock pot complete with potatoes, carrots and celery. Italian bread and butter to boot. Its gonna be good:)

Mmm now that sounds good. You just talked me into it. Im going to have to make some of that here very shortly.
 
I usually eat chicken breasts. I wonder if their is 500 grams in a whole package of it. I know I can plow a whole pack in a day but I usually try an stretch them by only having 4 big breasts everyday.

I grind mine up and weigh it. If I had to chew it all I would puke. You by yours at Costco?
