The dbol is interesting. I've been taking it since Saturday. ..so 3 days now. I get similar all day pumps kinda like test but not as strong. Im not running any adex currently. Hope to continue that.

Ill be pinning that lovely pip-less deca and test for the 2nd time this cycle later tonite. I think ill go back to the glutes. It's been a while

I put 3ml of that same deca in my glute Saturday. Im not used to that much oil in one spot.
 
Im looking to do 2.5cc in one glute. Test & deca both together. Ive done 2cc before with shit gear and it sucked. I figure 2.5cc of good gear should be tolerable. I guess ill see shortly
 
I pinned 2.5cc right cheek last night. Fast forward to this mornin and no PIP! Amazing. I love this stuff.:)

My wife washes my back for me when i shower cuz i cant get it all. She says WHOA! You got patches of black hair growing on your back. LMAO. Never had those before. Must be the androgens.

Acne starting to get worse on chest, arms and upper back. Thank god my mug doesnt have acne. THAT WOULD BE HORRIBLE. I gotta find time to start tanning. That may help with the acne and itll make me look more ripped too.

This morning (tues) is my first gym day of the week. Up at 0230 pack my preprepared meals. Throw down 4 eggs mixed with rice for workout fuel and pop my first dbomb. I give It about 45-60 min prior to workout to kick in. Fantastic chest day.
Hammer strength incline press 6 sets
Flat bench 4 sets
Pec dec 2 sets
Cable flyes 6 sets
18 sets total not in that order

Im up 4 lb to 260. Bigger fuller all day long. Must be the dbol. I space 20mg 3x daily. 20mg before workout then 20mg with food around lunch and afternoon snack. 60mg total.

I gotta figure out a cardio routine. Its tough cuz my schedule with work is extremely demanding. Hell i get up at 0230 to make this whole thing possible. Idk i gotta figure it out. Im sick of my horrible abs they distort and ruin everything im trying to do. The thing is they are strong and capable abs but under bulbous fat. Im finally sick of it. It needs to go
 
Do you do any Cardio at all now? If not, you should see some dramatic improvement just adding in 20 mins/day 3 xs a week. I would start with the Elliptical, it works for me well. I recommend not doing it at the beginnning of your workout though, always at the end..

Currently no cardio ever

I do military style ab exercises. Crunches mostly. I need to diversify cuz my lack of work in this area is CLEAR now. Im getting more motivated cuz im angry about it now. I need to stop being lazy in this area
 
I'm thinking once you hit the cardio you will see some dramatic difference. I wouldn't go overboard on it though.. I'm about the same weight as you (265) and I get some great results with just 2mins 3x a week especially when I haven't been doing any for a couple months.

On the elliptical? The stairmaster or the one that looks like your gliding on air?
 
The one you are gliding on air.... I use it because is easy on the knees and joints.. Us big guys have to watch ourselves;) And it gives you a great workout.

Thanks man. Im definitely gonna fit It in some how. I cant stand looking at it any more. Its kinda comical. doesnt fit my body type lol
 
Wednesday back day.
Strong
Entire stack on seated row. Well all but 1 plate. For reps and strict sets. Uh oh. Never had this problem before. Running outta weights.
Palms up close grip pulldowns 3 sets
Dumbbell rows 80's x 12, 5 strict sets
Straight arm pulldowns 3 set for burn and isolation
Upright rows. Trapasaurus. My physique is changing:D

I used to run my 5k under 18 min religiously. Thats when i was in fighting shape. Im light years away from that now.

When i try to jog now i get cramped like a mother fukker. Calves are taking too much of the load. Overly tight hammies I believe. That's no surprise. Since my back is and always will be fucked. I think it's how my body tries to protect my lumbar by switching the load.

Either way the elliptical isn't bad. Easy on knees, ankles and hips. Ill get better at it. Today was 20 minutes on it. Sweaty damn mess. I gotta do it tho. I can't continue to neglect the cardio for the sake of my distorted waist line

Good Job Trukker! You didn't waste anytime jumping in.. I know how hard it is to get back into cardio, but once you get in a rhythm its not so bad. The Elliptical is much better on your joints than jogging and you get a better workout. I predict a 6 pack in your future, and its not Budweiser... lol
