Bi/Tri day 22 sets total only 4 exercises

Close grip bench
Pushdowns
Preacher curls
Cable curls

Getting stronger. Close grip bench 225x10 working sets. Work down to 185

Love me some preacher curls I gotta build that bicep bulge up. Mostly moderate weight for biceps. I find it works better for me. Im talkin preachers with 60 lb ezine curl bar. Dont knock it

I predict big arm growth

I do heavy straight bar curls and heavy hammer but for preachers I've found I get much more from the movement doing around 15 slow controlled reps with the 60lb EZ bar towards the end of biceps. Great exercise..
 
I grind mine up and weigh it. If I had to chew it all I would puke. You by yours at Costco?
Nope. I get mine at good ol wally worlds lol. I get around 7 or 8 big breasts. Its not bad either. They cost any where from $8-$10. It gets repetitive though seeing how that's about 80% of my meals. All day everyday. The way I look at it is its cheap protein. Cant go wrong with that:D

And you got some fine arms brother ballz! I seen those snakes;)

The problem im having is building girth in my arms. When i flex the arm condenses and its like WOW there it is. But at rest there less than impressive. Tricep needs ALOT more mass. I think thats the key

I used to think 18's would be cool. Now that I got em. I think 19's sound sweet. I want arms like the ultimate warrior. That dude was fuckin awesome. They looked good too. Not all soft. They were ripped arms.

I saw a big black dude at the gym today. Wearing long track pants and a hoodie with the sleeves cut off. He would strut around here and there but never actually seen him do any work. He was a little taller than me say 6'3" and probably 290-300. Huge arms but they were VERY soft lookin. I think thats all he would ever work was arms cuz he looked pretty bad every where else lol.
 
I used to love working on bi's & tri's. Now...not so much on bi's. I can imagine the damage I'd do to my shirts if I focused on them like I used too....lol. What little work I do give my biceps they pump up like crazy. It feels like my skin is ripping apart.

I used to watch wrasling all the time...specially being from the south. All night Saturday from 6:00 pm to 3:30 am.

400g protein is about 1.8 x my LBM. Thats my goal any how. 500 is TOO much lol.

I dont know how I could metabolize it any way. Im not running insulin or gh. I take 100mg b6 daily to help break it down but thats it. 1.8 is solid
