Subbed Volt! Nice work brother. And bag those shoulder presses if they are giving you pain brother. I have just started to realize that you do not need heavy shoulder presses to build delts. I have made more progress on my delts than ever before just by focusing on raises-front, rear, and side with different rep ranges. For example for rear delts- reverse cable fly- 15 reps then 15 partials. Or rear destroyers, where you lay on an incline bench and pump out 60 with a swing, then lighten weight and pump out 30, then drop weight again and do 15 full range reps. Side laterals 4x10 with a 20 sec. Rest, these kill. I have other examples as well if you are interested. Anyways good luck brother and I will be following along!
 
Monday I tend to ramp up the weight loss and defer to shakes for my first two meals plus the T4 when taking in the morning curbs my A.M. appetite. It don't do shit after 2 p.m. I get hungry and stay hungry til bed time.

Chest even when not going for size who the fudge doesn't like chest day. I have to admit some chest exercise I stay at that 3x8 range I need some weight on there....

Incline Barbell 225lbs
DB Flat 110's
Decline Barbell 275lbs

Then I switch over to 3x12-15 with various flys
Decline Db Fly 30lbs all with a negative
Incline Nautilus 210lbs all reps with a negative
High cable Fly for the bottom of them slab ol titties 55lbs mixing in statics every other rep for 20 seconds or so.
Mid Cable Fly 55 lbs mixing in statics just as the above.

250 Crunches

Going to probably catch a 20 minute nap on my office floor here in about an hour.
 
All right just ran out of NPP so that front load went a little fast> Recovered nicely from the weekends cardio. Shoulders feel good after yesterdays chest workout. Going to hit the back and do some legs today. I am dropping BF I can tell struggling weight sitting right at 256 lbs for a few days. IDK I am getting faster and a lighter on my feet. I am bigger and faster then this guy though......lol!1 Just thought I share what a bigger footballer looks like on the pitch. This guy has played at the top levels in the world.

 
Alright got busy yesterday diet on point all day. 4 eggs for breakfast and I had kung pao beef over 1/2 cup of brown rice no msg after my back workout. A protien shake with a heaping Tbsp of greek yogurt. Then went and played pick up bball for an hour or so. Came home had four slices of the brisket I smoked Sunday.....yummy but salty and fatty removed the fat. Woke this morning feeling slimmer the scale is in the right direction but slower then usual. I feel lie I am leaning out just not losing the weight. I am feeling the effects of the low calories in the gym though struggling to get a good complete work out in.

Slowly dropping BF% but not weight at the pace I like. I am sure at some point Iwill put the weights down and go catabolic. Just not ready for that yet. I will get some pics up if I was smart I would take them Sunday night I will loook like sit then and it will make for even better transformation.

Ok yesterday was good I bro'ed out on my arms needed to recover and did some evening cardio. I have been working out 2x a day 3x a week. My knees are feeling good my shoulders are still so so ok but not great. It is because I wont drop the weight but I think reps will do the same damage. 2 weeks I start a short indoor soccer league to prep. Games are at like 10pm on a Wednesday night I usually in bed by then. I like the mirror not the scale. At least the indoor league will give me an indication of my speed and stamina. I will say this it is cool when you get to the point where you shed some lbs and fat but look bigger. Thinking about upping my Test for few weeks to 500 probably counter productive for my goals though.
 
Alright Superbowl is over and it is time to dig in. Indoor will be starting here soon. I will lift for 2 more week then I am going Catabolic yep I said it Catabolic. Today is a liquid only day need to detox these carbs out my system. I only had 3 beers but I do have a carb hangover.

Yesterday was brutal carb hangover but it did give me the strength to power through a nice long chest workout. Back to solid foods today 2 fried eggs, slice of havarti cheese, turkey sausage patty, 2 slices of health nut bread. Weight is not moving typical though after a good lift day.
 
Back workout yesterday sort of. I just could not find myself interested in lifting. Finding myself bored at the gym. I think it is the higher reps less weight thing. I have been going heavy for so long that I just a bit lost without that routine. I did get in 2 hours of basketball last night that alone witha nice clean under 2000 calorie diet has me down to 251 plus my AI my estro was creeping up and I could see and feel the water retention. Shoulders today it is a shame I use to love shoulder day now it just hurts. I have some ice bags in the freezer here at the office so I ma going to take the advice and ice immediately after. Oh my legs are shredding ..... the veins I find myself distracted sometimes especially after a pre workout session;).
 
About ready to crack that 250. Shoulder day was great I went with @Oregonstrong high reps and lighter weights. Front raises, side raises and the incline raises. Had to find something to go heavy with and went the Iso lateral shoulder press 8x230, 8x 250, 6 x270. Threw in some tri work in too. I have been using non-soy organic plant based protein lately I ma really starting to like it no bloat feel better. I also ran some cardio last night my legs are sore. I upped my Anavar from 40mg to 60 mg and upped my Test and deca to 450 ew. Mine as well put some muscle on going catabolic soon. Unless of course I fall under the immense amount of peer pressure to run tren but everyone runs tren ....I am not always into what everybody else does.
 
Yeah I wouldnt run tren I dont know how advantageous that would be but I would add some good eq, as long as you dont have to test.

I can't fight the hunger on EQ. I could see running in season when I need the food.....right now I am at 2000 calories I can't do that on EQ.

I hear you when I cut from 296 down to 250 I was on eq and it was tuff but it helped with cardio alot. I just thought the stamina that is given while on the compound would be great for you.

Alright as usual I am not on here much during the weekend....you want to know why because I am to busy eating like crap thats why UGH!!! Just being honest but I ma approaching month number 4 on the GH and it is really kicking in on the weight loss. I went to town Friday night and Saturday and dropped 2 lbs over the weekend. I did do some cardio Sunday. Besides that recovery. Chest today last week of heavy lifting this week. Bumping up to 60 mg var.
