Subbed Volt! Nice work brother. And bag those shoulder presses if they are giving you pain brother. I have just started to realize that you do not need heavy shoulder presses to build delts. I have made more progress on my delts than ever before just by focusing on raises-front, rear, and side with different rep ranges. For example for rear delts- reverse cable fly- 15 reps then 15 partials. Or rear destroyers, where you lay on an incline bench and pump out 60 with a swing, then lighten weight and pump out 30, then drop weight again and do 15 full range reps. Side laterals 4x10 with a 20 sec. Rest, these kill. I have other examples as well if you are interested. Anyways good luck brother and I will be following along!
