Boom another 2.1 lbs down today that is over 5lbs this week alone already. Outside of the initial hunger when I wake up this intermittent fasting is not so horrible. I am going to say I like it better then keto because I get to keep my macros. Once I get a cup of coffee in me I am good to go.
I did not hit my macros last night and fell short on my protein intake which is very important for holding back muscle waste. I need to get better at tracking my diet making sure I am getting what my body needs. I am pushing certain limitations here so everything needs to be in check. Any good sites for tracking macros?
Leg day today. I still have trouble squatting it is mental scared of inflaming those discs again you guys that have had sciatic pain know this. Is there a good option to substitute squats. I usually just hack it out.
