Breakfast

8 eggs white
2 slice of bread

Or
8 eggs white with oat meal

3 hours later Protein shake

Lunch

Brocoli with chicken
Or
Brocoli with steak

3 hour later

Another protein shake

Dinner

Brocoli with chicken

Post work out

My protein shake

The names of the food you eat are meaningless without macros and calories. You need to tweak your diet according to your goals. Figure out your TDEE and adjust from there. Also your diet lacks diversity. Try subbing out some of the chicken and broccoli for different sources.

Thank you for the reply I will eat less chicken and brocoli and will add like a cup of brown rice with salmon or something like that

This is a diet for?? What are you trying to do?? How much do you weigh and what is your bf % ?

211 pound
Body fat 14 or less
I could see my 4 pack hahahahahahah
This is my regular diet
