Nothing new here shoulder day yesterday still feel it in my left shoulder. My recomp is crazy right now everyday I am looking better the weight though can't get under 250> I have a feeling that will be coming soon and Damn I am getting used to intermittent fasting. I hired an athletic coach for 4 weeks 2x a week to do speed work and cardio. It is a shame I have to spend money on a trainer just to keep me accountable for cardio lol.
 
Back from a food rampage in Chicago scale wasn't very cruel this morning and outside of the carb hangover from that shamrock shake last night. I feel pretty good. Well this week it kicks in I have 2 speed/cardio sessions this week and I am really going to tighten up what I eat in my window. Looking forward to it I have been quasi going at. Now it is on and time to really dial it in. Chest day today the only day I go kind of heavy anymore.

I just started running heavy again, but now I have such bad shine splints I can barely get to a good jog. Any recommendations?
 
Is it from the Tibia pump. How well developed is your Tibia? Are you on gear right now?
Tibia development...not sure, but I do a lot of seated calves. lol. Maybe I should do them and stretches prior to running.

I guess you can say I am on gear. I am using watson from DS. Bloods have not been good for one guy. I can't say I feel like I am on.

What can I do to develop the tibia muscles?

I have strong developed legs especially calves and tibia and when I am on orals the pumps are horrendous. My calves get so pumped that I lose blood flow and my feet fall asleep.

As far as developing the Tibia if you are seated hold your leg out or even on the floor and then just lift your toes toward your shin that is the movement that engages your tibia. you can sit there and do just 50 or so of those and you will feel it. We have a machine at the gym for this movement. Strap ankle weights on the front of your shoes across the top of your foot. I have seen people use bands.

I came in under 250 today yes. I had my speeed cardio workout.....brutal. 45 minute 10 exercise circuit. Walking knee raises 50 yards, agility runs(cross feet over side to side) 50 yards, sled 100lbs (working on speed) 50 yards, ropes 30 seconds, kettlebell motion squats IDK the trainer counted, 45lb Oblique side bends, light stiff leg deads, clean and jerk, box steps, box jumps, some other crazy thing with medicine ball and step, and burpees then repeat and repeat. Drenched I dont think I have ever been this drenched in a 45 minute time period. He had to explain the circuit so that took time but I like to get to the point that I can do this circuit 4x in 30 minutes. Still going with the intermittent fast not sure if I am playing ball tonight..
 
I haven't updated been swamped. All things a go diet got a little sloppy yesterday cost me a .5 lb on the scale. My speed coach yells at me every time he sees me tells me how are you going to get smaller pushing the weight you do. Everything I do is in the 12-15 rep range what can I do. I do not think my protein intake is enough my recovery is so so. You guys who follow this thread if you had 6 hour window to eat how would go about getting 150-200g of protein in. You can have one shake reason being you are so damn hungry in that window nobody wants to drink shakes...... you want foood.
