A Southern Yankee's Winter Blast

Been 2 days since I been to the gym. The icy weather had everything closed here. Frustrated and disappointed. On cycle time is precious and it shouldnt be waisted. Lookin up tho. Tomorrow will be my first session of the week. Im gonna have to double up. Chest & back. Thats gonna be a big workout. Maybe ill do chest and biceps? Then friday back and triceps? Idk let me hear your opinions
 
My normal is chest/triceps Tuesday's, back/biceps Wednesdays. My thought is I am already using triceps a lot during my chest routines, and using biceps some during back routine.

The Issue I have with chest/tri & back/bi is the smaller muscle group suffers and doesnt get worked properly.

I figure I could do chest/bi and work opposite muscle groups then ill still be fresh for tomorrows back/tri day

Either way im gonna murder it

I do this for exactly that reason. Chest/bi, back/tri, getting much better results.
 
I can see that point. Perhaps I will make same changes. If I had one more day a week in gym I would just dedicate one day to arms. Unfortunately my schedule only gives me four days at most I can get there.

19 sets chest
9 sets biceps

Love me some guillotine press! Quickly moved up to pressing 205 to the neck. Elbows on extreme flare. All chest bitches.

Hammer strength incline press
pec dec flyes start and finish
Some cable flyes for good measure thrown in the middle.

Once the press movements fatigue me too much I like to rely on flyes of varying types to give the proper touch to the pecs.

On to biceps

The usual

Preacher curls at 65 lb strip down to 45 lb
Standing barbell curls 60 lb
Machine curls to finish up. 80lb x 20 for 2 sets

Legs raises supplemented for sit ups

Currently cycling 20 min cardio.

Weight 260.

Doing my job. Keeping excess weight accumulation off. I find that I would be 270 by now easy if I had not cut cals to 3300 daily. Skin getting tighter daily and building. Perfect plan execution. Im down to the last notch on my belt and 33" waist :)

Damn that's a tiny waist for a 260lb beast bro. I bet you got one hell of a a V going on huh? Good workout btw. Killing it;)

V? Ya definitely. Problem Is my obliques are trash and ruins the effect. Otherwise id have an even slimmer waist. Its all bone structure ya know.

Lots of work left to do. Im doing cardio now which is a great first step. Next step? A killer ab routine. Tighten the obliques up. Then. THEN ill have some thing special.

Im widening my shoulders and upper back to create an even more dramatic effect. I wanna look like an AAS mutant from the AAS swamp. I know how to get there. Just need time. Time and protein
 
Problem is any tall guy will tell you is arms look unproportionate. Ya I got an even inch last cycle which puts my a tad over 18" cold. Im looking for another inch this cycle. Triceps need mass especially around upper arm. Biceps are solid. Im gonna need to have rich piana arms or better yet arnolds arms to really be impressive here. Either that or take mass off off shoulders and pecs. Bet your ass im not doing that
 
Ive made up my mind. Im doing arms twice weekly. Ill throw bi's in after my weekly chest routine and tri's in after back. Then ill hit em again on arm/shoulder day. Twice the stimulation twice the growth.

I wouldnt say that.

I know some dude who 5'8" with 18" arms looks to have bigger arms than some body over 6' with the same circumference arm. Im not whining about it really. Just wish I had those big fat biceps thats all :)
