Before I took that pic i put down 1.5 lb meatloaf, 4 spuds and enough milk to feed a neighborhood. No wonder I looked like that haha. diet? Whats a diet?
That will do it , lol. I like to take pics in the mid-morning with a near empty stomach(banana) , right after a workout . Thats when you have the best pump. Remember the more food you eat the more blood is diverted from your muscles to your stomach to aid in digestion . Near empty stomach with a high carb food will pump you up....
