Dont forget your pulse rate either (70 optimal), if your pulse stays at over 90/100 b/m or so constantly its too high (Tachycardia) . You can feel high pulse easier than you can feel high blood pressure .When you exercise hard it can soar above 150 but should return back to 70-80 after rest .

All my vascularity this time . Muscles look full even thou weight dropped to 185 ish . Ima do a cycle like urs equal deca to T I know ima blow up this next cycle . Ganna prbably start in 4 weeks at 100% . In two weeks start intense regiment of carb priming all the way into cycle
