Pinned this morning, definitely not getting any sides at all from Tren still. Going to up my dose on Friday's pin to 80mg and keep it at 80mg 4x a week and see how it goes from there.

Shoulders today, really happy with the workout. Today was the strongest I've felt on this cycle by far. Everything just was so light, it was great. I tweaked my left elbow but it's not that bad. It's a little sore but I think I should be fine tomorrow.

I honestly could have done even more. Everything just felt great. I just didn't want to push it because my elbow started feeling really weird during the Upright Row's. I generally don't do that exercise anymore because I always get some sort of joint pain from it, but it had been a while so I figured I do some light work, and obviously I paid the price.

My dieting has been on point. people pretty regularly tell me how much thinner I'm looking in the stomach and how much bigger my shoulders and chest look, so that feels good, and these are people I see at least 2 or 3 times a week. My pants are are starting to fall off me again, and my belt is on the last notch. It feels good honestly. I'm hoping to hit my goal aesthetic by the end of this year. It's really amazing that I'm able to add strength while eating barely 2300 calories a day at my size. I never feel sluggish either honestly except for at the tail end of my work day, which I think is normal for anybody. I'm on the right track, or at least I tell myself I am.

I've been doing a lot of extra core work at the end of my workouts to try and expedite tightening up some of the loose skin on my stomach. it's not a horrible amount, but being as I was a heavy guy my whole life there is definitely some loose skin that is going to take a long time to get back to normal. I'm ok with it though, it's just part of the journey.

Yeah arms tonight, the smith machine is usually a fuckboy haven at night so if the wait to use it isn't long I plan on trying them.

Being as I was having some issues getting my triceps up to speed and as predicted the smith machine was never free and always had a wait of at least 3 people, I decided to take a different approach. I went very slow on all the negatives for all my tri exercises and it made a huge difference. The pump I had was pretty crushing actually. I had to take a couple of breaks because I couldn't bend my arms. Anyway:

I really concentrated on my form and negatives even on biceps and it made a huge difference. Even though I had upped most of the weights I was using, I still got my rep count in, and got an insane pump and hit my minimum rep count for the day. The session took a little longer because of the negatives and also it was busy as hell today, but it was worth it.

Tomorrow will be the end of my second week of Tren Ace. Being as this is my first go around with it, I'm pretty impressed so far, even on such a small dose (240mg/wk). After tomorrow I'll be bumping up my dose to 320mg/wk and I'll see how it goes. I might also bump up my NPP dose to 500mg/wk, but I'm not sure yet. I'm going to let the tren run it's course for at least 2 weeks at 320mg before adjusting anything else.

I have about 6 or 7 days worth of anadrol left. So we'll see how I look and feel after I stop it and I lose some of this water I'm sure I've been holding on to.

@hotdog23 might have been right. I have noticed over the last week that I'm having to up my Adex dose daily as my nipples seem to be rather puffy in the morning, but they go down by mid afternoon. I take my T3, adex, and provi first thing in the morning when I wake up. We'll see how it goes when I up my Tren dose and drop the Adrol if that has any effect. I'm not having any issues getting hard at all, and the small spots of acne I was getting last week are going away, so I'm pretty sure they were e2 related because I upped my adex dose about a week ago.

Going to hit legs tomorrow and Chest saturday, but most likely going to have sunday off because my girlfriend has convinced me that it's a good idea for us to go down to the beach saturday afternoon and stay until sunday night. I couldn't say no, she made a very convincing argument.

The look she gave me was more the reason than what she said lol. she's a good girl, I owe her to do what she wants sometimes. She never complains or nags about anything and I get deep tissue massages from here 4 times a week (she's a sports therapy masseuse). I try to keep her happy.

I just ordered another pack of AP adex, AP adrol, got a reup on bayer provi, and order 10 amps of test suspension. Never ran suspension before, I'm planning on using it as a pwo after my current adrol run is over to see how it goes.

I got the extra adrol to have on hand for June when I start running orals again, or even for my next cycle. Never a bad thing to have good adrol on hand imo

I got a pack of 10 AP amps, I've heard great things about their test and tren suspension. They come in 2ml amps that are 50mg/ml, so I'll probably load up two slin pins from of one ml from each amp and just leave the second one pre loaded for the next day.

I'm going to try the tren suspension later in the summer
 
Well, I had planned to do legs at my normal time today, but the girlfriend surprised me with tickets to a basketball game and dinner plans, so I did that instead. I waited for her to go to sleep and slipped away for a quick leg session just to get a little work in today. I also pinned my 300/100/60 test/npp/tren ace this morning. Bumping up tren to 80mg starting next pin. Will be hitting chest hard tomorrow as well.

I didn't get into the gym until about 1am, which kinda sucked. i was tired as shit, even the 200mg's of caffeine and 50mg of adrol I took didn't seem to do much, I'm still happy I got something in though.

Meh, like I said just happy I got in there. I ate like shit all day today between a work meeting for lunch, dinner with my girl, and desert with our friends, I was completely off the mark on all aspects of my cycle today other than pinning. I guess a day not on the grind isn't so bad, and I'm happy I made it in to the gym to at least get the blood flowing.

I was exhausted, I didn't sleep well last night at all, my legs are aching, but I'm not mad at getting the work in. I'm proud that I'm able to push myself to get in the gym even when I don't want to. I don't make excuses for myself. I try to get as much work in as I can until I can't move. I hit that today. I literally was on fumes by the time I got to the lower back extensions. The workout could have been better, sure. It could have been more efficient too. I'm not gonna beat myself up about it though, I got 602 reps logged in 15 hours, I'm pretty happy with that when I was expecting to only get to do 1 body part, if that, in that time span.

I'll check back in with you guys Monday, Legs again.

About to go and do shoulders, figured I'd share some more info. A few people have asked me about this type of stuff via PM, so I just wanted to make a post. This is a list and timing of all the different shit I take every day. Not sure if it's the best stuff or all of it is needed, but it seems to work reasonably well for me. I'll include what I eat on regular days as well.

AM upon waking up first thing -
No breakfast, quarter gallon water. I wake up too late to have time to eat most days and be able to make it to work on time.
- Proviron 25mg
- Adex (dose depends on if my nipples are puffy and if I pinned that morning, but usually at least 1mg ed)
- T3 50mcg

Afternoon/Lunch -
I eat the same lunch just about every day, especially during week days. I know it's not the best but it works for me in terms of time, convenience and ability to have one of my underlings go pick it up for me.
I get a Chipotle Bowl, White Rice, Pinto Beans, 2 servings of Chicken, 2 servings of Steak and Cheese. This Marco's out to roughly 1200 calories, 140 grams of protien / 60 grams of carbs / 40 grams of fat. Some days I also get a bag of chips as well, which adds 500 calories, 8 grams of protein, 75 grams of carbs and 26 grams of fat. I do this very rarely only when I'm really hungry and craving carbs. Regardless this is usually my entire carb in take for the day, chips or not. In addition to my lunch I take:
- Taurine 2g to 4g depending on what i'm working out that day
- Fish Oil 2g
- Calcium 600mg
- Zinc 50mg
- Magnesium 200mg
- Potassium 1.5g
- Glucosamine 2g
- Milk Thistle 450mg
- Caffeine 100mg

Early Evening/PWO, Then Dinner -
As a PWO I take the following:
- Anadrol 100mg (stopping in a few days though)
- Proviron 25mg
- T3 50mcg
- Milk Thistle 1g
- NAC 400mg
- Grape Seed 400mg
- Glutathione 400mg
- Caffeine 200mg
I then go workout about 45 minutes after.
Come home shower up and either go out to eat or cook some food depending on how tired I am. Like I said, I try to stay away from carbs that aren't ancillary like veggies and stuff, but you know, sometimes I can't help myself. Generally I eat either a big steak and/or several pieces of chicken, along with some salad with some light dressing on it. I try to stay in the 1200 calorie range for my dinner, sometimes lower, sometimes higher. I don't stress it too much as I'm never even getting close to my maintenance even if I overeat slightly at dinner. At my size on my calculators I'm around 3500-3800 calories for maintenance, so I'm at a pretty large deficit. I could be totally wrong and I've been overeating all this time and not knowing.
Occasionally If I feel like I didn't get enough protein I'll make a shake with 70 or so grams in and down it.

I know I take a fair amount of liver support, but with anadrol i don't like to press my luck. I feel no lethargy on that cocktail of liver stuff, so I feel like it works, or at least I'm getting the placebo of it working. Anecdotally, on the same amount of liver support, when I was trying to run Oral Tren, I literally felt like death and couldn't keep my eyes open the next day. Last 5 days last time I tried to run it, and swore it off forever.

I'll update a little later with my impending shoulder workout, feeling pretty good right now, I hope to get a good one in tonight.

EDIT: It should also be noted, I don't drink anything other than water. No coffee, tea, soda, nothing. Once a month I afford myself a snapple or something, but that's about it, and it's been like that for well over a year. I drink a minimum of 1 gallon a day, most days I'm at about 1.5 gallons pretty easily. I also know I should try to break up my meals more, and only 2 times a day isn't optimal, but I just don't have the time. My schedule doesn't really afford me the opportunity to do that with any sort of ease. I do what I can though.

I flew through it today. No idea how I got all that work in that fast. Time seemed to be going so slowly while I was working out too. I felt like I had been there at least an hour and half, but I didn't even hit 40 minutes. I got lucky that is was national fuck boy night so everybody was just curling 25's and flexing in the mirror and all the heavier weights were free for me to use as I wanted. Very rarely is it like this, as my gym is super high traffic and a lot of semi pro athletes and bodybuilders workout there.

Feeling good. Still losing weight. I actually have gained about 5 pounds on the scale in the last week or so, but my pants are getting even looser, so I know my body fat is going down. The jeans that I was able to wear comfortably at the start of this cycle that were a little loose on my waist are now falling off me and I have to fold them over with my belt on to keep them up. So, all in all feeling pretty good on this cycle. Next week will be 5 weeks into my Test E, so I'll plan to get blood work done sometime after that. Not sure if I'll post it, but I just like to know for my own reference. Hitting up Arms tomorrow.

That workout really kicked my ass. I did the same thing as I did last Arm day. Instead of worrying about adding exercises, I focused a lot of doing all my movements very methodically. Jesus, the pump was fucking nuts. A couple of times I had to take breaks longer than I normally do just to be able to bend my arm properly. I really hammered the negative portion of all the movements, especially close grip bench which is why my rep count on it was so low. It's more that my wrists start to hurt more than my triceps on that exercise, but I did definitely feel it way more than I used to when I wasn't taking a few extra seconds on each negative.

First Side Note: I had all sorts of new veins popping up all over my biceps and forearms while I was curling. I actually started laughing mid set. I guess, as a fat kid growing up, and never ever focusing on dieting and training properly, it was just such a surprise. It felt great honestly just to see it and know that whatever I'm doing it's working. I feel stronger, leaner, and better than I ever have in my life right now. Steroids are such a wonderful thing my friends.

Second Side Note: I have no fucking clue how some of you guys run Tren Ace so high. This morning was my 3rd pin at 80mg, up from 60mg I was running for the first 2 weeks, and it's already making a huge difference. I'm running 320mg a week, I'll probably top out at 400mg a week, and that's it. I'm more irritable than ever, more condescending than ever, and I've been having more thoughts about sex than ever (which is really saying something). If i didn't actively remind myself that I love my girlfriend, and that I shouldn't cheat, I'd really be getting into some weird shit. I know that's not a popular opinion, but growing up in a home with 3 women, and being cheated on myself a few times, I've always vowed to not do that or be that type of guy. If I wanted to fuck other girls, I'd just break up with my girlfriend instead of being an asshole, but that's just me.

Anyway, back on track. How the fuck do you guys run 700mg of tren a week?! Is the shit I have just really good or at least better than most UGL shit? Besides being irritable, the sweats and new found insomnia just aren't all that fun. I took a lot of Motrin PM last night and it knocked me out, so at least I know I can use that. The sweating isn't unbearable yet, but at times it is. I just honestly couldn't imagine going higher than 400mg, I say that now though. I bet next year I'll be banging a gram a week and laughing at this post, oh well. Tren is a hell of a drug, stronger than anything I've ever touched, and definitely something not to be taken lightly. I'm happy I waited this long to try it and I'm even happier I started off with a smallish dose and I've been working my way up.

I had my first experience with kinda getting my tren aggression, unfortunately it was at work. Long story short one of the higher up's at my company tried to throw me under the bus to my boss and i sorta lost my shit on him and my boss. I was in the right, and didn't do anything wrong. I started sweating while I was arguing with them, which is pretty funny. After I cooled off I went back to my boss to apologize, and because in the 18 months I've been at this company I've never been anything but cordial and professional my boss took my side and apologized for putting me in that spot to begin with. They're pretty scared of losing me because I basically do a job that should be split up among 3 different people, so I'm a pretty valuable asset. He also knows the other departments have been trying to get me to jump over to them, especially the VP of sales, he's been rallying really hard to get me to be his number 2.

Anyway, I'll be pinning tomorrow morning and doing chest tomorrow. Also my last day of Adrol for at least 6 weeks, so I'm going to try to really go hard. Did legs tonight though, kept it pretty simple and light just to get the work in. I was feeling pretty shitty and sick all day, I almost bailed on going, but I'm glad I did.

Sorry for the delayed post, for anybody who actually reads this ridiculously boring log and cares.

So, Test Suspension... IDK, I didn't really feel much. I pinned it with a slin pin in my right delt about half an hour before i left to go to the gym, so probably 45 or so minutes before i started working out. I took my last 100mg of anadrol for at least 4 weeks along with my normal caffeine pwo of 200mg.

I noticed a slight increase in energy about half way through my workout and I had a little more endurance, but really that's it. Maybe 50mg isn't enough? I'm going to do 50mg again today before I do Back, and we'll see. If I dont' feel anything again, I'll jump bump it up to 100mg. This was just a test run anyway, so I'm happy to experiment.

At the end of my workout I weighed in at 262 on the dot. Which means I have lost 5 pounds since this cycle started. I assume now that I have dropped the Adrol, I'm going to be shedding a fair amount of water weight over the next couple of weeks as well.

Eating at this big a deficit is starting to fuck with my head though. I can feel myself not getting any stronger on Bench if that makes sense. I just have to continue to tell myself I'm here to lose fat and maintain strength, I'm not going to be getting stronger on a 1000+ deficit. Still is a mindfuck.

I worked out with a buddy yesterday who is just finishing up his PCT and not feeling great. So I altered the workout a little and didn't really focus so much on the Reps and workout time. So i lost track of what time we got there exactly and what time we finished, but it was in the neighborhood of an hour. He logged my reps though, and here they are:

Flat Bench -
135 x 10
225 x 5
315 x 1
275 x 7
225 x 10
185 x 12
135 x 12

Incline Bench -
135 x 10
185 x 8
185 x 7
135 x 10

Cable Flies -
same as always, super set of 3 placements, 15 reps each, for 3 sets, so 45 rep sets x 3

DB Flat Bench + DB Incline Bench Super Set - (We just alternated between the two benches next to each other, the only break time was moving from one bench to the other. It really wore me the fuck out. My front delts just gave up on me. I need to hit those harder on shoulders days it seems like.)
Flat - 70's x 13
Incline - 60's x 10
Flat - 70's x 9
Incline - 60's x 6
Flat - 70's x 4
Incline - 60's x 2

Total Rep Count - 271
Total Workout Time - Roughly 1 hour

That super set of DB pressing really fucked me up. Because I workout by myself I generally can't just take 2 stations up and do some high intensity shit like that. It felt good to do it and to change it up. My chest is pretty sore today, so I know I got a good workout in.

Anyway, I'm not overly impressed with Test Suspension yet. I'll be trying AP's Tren Suspension after I'm done with this Test to see if there is a noticeable difference like everyone say's there is. I'm not sure if they are just getting a placebo or not, but I guess we'll find out.
