So I'm 4 weeks out and although my heads in it, it's frustrating to keep seeing the scale go down. Guess I'll just stick to the plan and let the diet and training do what it's supposed to.
Was a late gym session tonight. Hit arms and keeping it high volume. Just trying to pump the hell out of them and squeeze the shit out of the muscle.
On the ex gf front I think everything will cool down. In all fairness, I did fuck them over and do some shady shit to both of them and I know if the shoe was on the other foot Id be going off the handle too. So I'll just take it as karma catching up to me and just take my lumps.
