My mother went to the Arabic markets at the docks in NJ and picked up some Syrian lamb and beef sausage. I'm going to raid her house for lamb after seeing your pic

Yep it's a small family owned restraunt. I try to eat it 2-3x a week. The lamb is expensive though. I payed 16 buck for that lamb plate which wouldn't be bad for dinner, but that was lunch. It's a little more then I like to spend on lunch but damn it's worth it.

Speaking of corn tortillas. Made dirt bag eggs today with virde salsa instead of Sriarcha sauce cos my stomach has been SUPER FUNKY last couple days
I need to start wrapping things in tortillas. They are an excellent vehicle for getting the food into your head.
Ogh update....I'm back in Alaska, my younger sister was hit by a drunk driver and almost killed . she's in a med induced coma and it's unknown if she's gonna make it . She was on hydro codeine at the time .Damn booze and drugs continues to plague our family ...I'm on my mobile phone/handle so I will try to update when I can ...Peaceout ~Ogh
