4/10/15 back/tricep
As part of my new heavy program I switched things up a bit. Heavy barbell rows first while im still fresh as my primary width and thickness exercise then taper down to less effective movements.
Warm up with
straight arm pulldowns
then
Smith machine bent rows heavy 4 sets
Hammer high rows 3 sets heavy
Dumbbell rows 2 sets
Seated cable row 3 sets
Straight arm pulldowns rotated in between sets to keep pace and not let rest too much 8 sets total pulldowns
Triceps
Pressdowns 6 sets heavy
All together
20 sets back
6 sets tricep
My heavy bench day on monday aggravated my tendonitis in my shoulder. Hopefully it will get used to the weight otherwise all this will be for naught. Im working around it. It better not get worse
