I would avoid dnp at all costs. You simply just don't know what you are getting it dose wise, and with a compound that can and has *killed* people, this is not a chance im willing to take.

And this is coming from a guy who is currently pinning 1.8g tren [emoji33]

I just ran it 10 wks with no problem. The only reason I came off is because I want to start up again soon. I havnt decided 100% on this yet but I'm leaning towards it

DNP for 14 days right before my cycle

TestE 500mg wk 1-14
TrenA ( fina-h)600-700mg wk 4-14
Whinny 50mg ED wks 9-14

DNP got me a little worried but I'm gonna keep my dose low the whole time



you are in way to good of shape to even be considering DNP. I could understand your thought process if you was fat, but you are not even close. FUCK DNP!

@OdieM I am in whole hearted agreement with @HuckingFuge on this. I have zero experience with DNP but have done enough reading to know that its playing with dynamite.
I wonder at your BF% currently that it would be just a fight to stay out of catabolism and stay anabolic.
 
Yeah I hear what yall are saying. It's hard though cause I'm on a private board and I've seen what it's done for some. Plus to hear JB talk about it makes me really wanna do it. Especially since we are pretty much the same specs.

Really though the fina and the whinny and a stick diet would do it, but Im always looking for that easier way. Thanks for yalls inputs
 
@OdieM from the pics I've seen of both of you the only thing thats the same is your height. Your natural composition is much different than his. Your naturally lean and well, bigger. I think youd be astonished with yourself if you give it a serious no holds barred go at it. You got IT man. Dont sell yourself short no pun intended:p
 
All this cutting talk. I just started sketching out my diet. What are you thinkin' trk? Keep that protien up? Low carb? More sex, less eliptical? Talk to me goose.
 
As much protein I can fit in to a sub 3k cal diet. Which naturally means carbs will be low. Im guessing heaping sides of green veggies to stay full snd at least 1 salad a day. Which is 1 more than I do now.

The cardio will be the biggest change for me. I used to be a cardio machine when I wore a uniform I just gotta get my game face on cuz I hate that shit.

Im gonna put together a core training circuit to attack my abs and poor lower back every day. Since this is where I lack the most. Move to weights after the miserable shit is done.

Maybe ill watch Rocky a few times and turn the psycho dial to 11 cuz im bringing this shit. Can't wait to see what I look like under all my new mass I added.

Still undecided about tren but im warming up to it
 
I remember when I had to make weight years ago. I had a daily diet that was
breakfast 2 eggs

Lunch piece of meat with veggies

Dinner piece of meat with veggies

5k run twice daily

Body weight exercises due to the fact I was weak on a low cal diet

I made weight alright. Dropped 25 lb in 8 days. Shredded 225

Ive got protien set for about 480. Carbs 50 and fats at 100- just about 3k cal. Im afraid this may be too much. Starting to look hard into maybe using tren with this diet and see how it goes.
Ive had really good results with cardio post training. I fucking hate it, I'm on the treadmill as i thumb this in. Im starting to feel a little less blasted than i was earlier this week. Ill probably start training again in a couple days.

If you can do this, cutting above 2500 will be a breeze...

Its all mental. I half assed my cut before my current cycle and trimmed an inch from the waist but still half assed results. No cardio then. Ive added 20 minutes cardio EOD since then.

Im gonna get in to the zone after this cycle is over. I know by heart the mind is far more powerful than the material body. Ive done pretty sick things when I march like thunder and focus on the goal. Im tired of my nasty gut. Im gonna kill it
 
There comes a point in cardio where you are feeling like shit and all you want to do is fucking STOP! Where you want to find excuses to tap out. Its when you break past that point is when everything goes numb and you feel, free? Its a feeling thats hard to explain but its certainly addicting. Im gonna have to break my will on this one. Ive gotten soft
 
Btw ill probably start at 3k cals and take away a little at a time. That way you dont have to drop off the deep end so quickly. I dont measure my carbs I eat them when I need them. Its how I roll. I doubt ill be able to consume 500g pro on a diet such as this. More realistically? Probably 350

I hate cutting my fat below 100g. After a short while i will stop dropping body fat and i just feel like washed out shit. But at 9calories per gram its tempting to pull the fats out first. I hate dropping protein even more, at 4 calories per gram you have to drop more than double to get the same calorie deficit, and then i start losing muscle mass and strength. The only carbs that will be in my cut will be by default just what is in my yogurt and PB etc, no rice or oats.
 
There at least for me will have to be a refeed day in the week where I can consume carbs. Its just not attainable completely carbless for 14-20wks

Same here. Maybe pizza, but more than likely i will be at the sushi joint ;) inhaling white rice and raw yellow fin. Cant wait till the other thing down there gets worked out, we will be taking desert home ;)
