2nd cycle 19 years old

Whats the point of cycling if not to get big? Or HRT? If your going as far as to cycle then you should already be commited to the life, why wouldnt you get your macros in check they are just as essential to lifting as AAS is if not more. Just my opinion

Honestly bro I'm not a vet on here but I started young as well however I did so for a certain sport when I was going against against men that were 3 - 4 years older than me so I did not start for cosmetic reasons

With that being said if your so dead set on running this cycle you should have just said you were older bro cause you knew no one was gonna say it's cool to run gear at 19 ESPECIALLY tren

I get it though I don't necessarily agree with it but if you must and have already started then alright but honestly at 19 no reason to run tren and I will agree with your decision more than probably anyone but honestly that's what I don't get for a second cycle at your bf you could run ANYTHING other than tren eq, mast, shit npp would even be better but to me tren is not necessary that shit is powerful

I see it to often people to young doing tren for a first or second cycle I can't agree with that if you can't make absolutely sick gains on test and dbol or test eq etc for a second cycle than your doing something wrong

And it looks like you are making gains already so I don't get tren

I started at 18 but ddnt use tren till i was 24 honeslt man if i was you i would run test 500 mg a week eq 500 mg a week and mast at 400 a week and dude that will fucking give you super leaan bulk gains... You will be big as hell and solid..

Sure i agree that its comes with the territory but not everyone is into that big... Idk i totally agree with u to an extent.. I think its great yhall have a passion and follow it but its all about having fun in life... Counting macros and all thT just is not ideal for most people.. Some people just want to eat their 3 meals a day try to eat as clean as possible drink a few protein shakes and look and feel good about thereself you know... Idk thats how i am.. I did the whole 6 meAls a day counting carbs And the whole shabang but it just wasnt for me.. Im not knocking those who do i just dont think thats a must o use aas.. I like the way i live... Just a regular ole joe who eat the beat he can... Simple 3 meals a day some protein with aas and i have a nice body im proud of... Nothig wrong with that and nothing wrong with what you do... But how can one say their way is the right way.. Its all about what u are looking to do.. Imho

I agree everyone has there own goals, like i said that was my opinion, i do agree with the other guys however that what this kid is doing is idiotic, and all though the other guys are coming off harsh, i believe they are just looking out for dude,

Most people make a goal (bulk, cut or maintain) figure out their macros and stick to it exactly. Eating the same thing day in, day out.

The fact that your diet goes from bulk to cut in the matter of a day gives us a hint.

And Ur in good shape but ur small. Not sayin it to be a dick but Ur underweight for Ur height. If U ate consistantly and correctly you'd make long term gains. Now Ur gonna juice and be dependent on it to make any gains. Then lose whatever U make cause u might fuck up Ur endocrine system

This exemplifies your laziness displayed in the fact that you refuse to just eat and grow. If you have been seriously lifting like you say and still weigh 175, you either lift like a bitch or eat like a little girl. Sure steroids might help for now but guaranteed you will end up back where you started because you don't know a damn thing about nutrition, hard work and dedication.

Youre wrong there bud. What you see is a group of responsible steroid users with experience and knowledge who are genuily concerned about a young person using AAS and the possible irreversible side effects that can and often do occur. And these same experienced people want to help educate others in hopes of preventing further damage and health issues amongst our junior members who are under 23. Nothing wrong with attempting to educate and perhaps convince a young person to rethink their decisions, particularly if i may effect their future permanently in a negative way. Most of the time its simply boils down to lack of knowledge.

Yes its frustrating, but its always worth trying IMO.
 
Not seeking approval, I actually came here so I can run the safeest possible cycle and have you guys give me all the advice you can. Because I'm definitely not the only guy my age using aas. But most of them don't know what they're doing to their body at all

ok if you dont agree with us counting macros that is fine to each his own, but for you to tell a 19 yr old kid he is fine using AAS is reckless and makes you stupid.. read a little bit about thr problems it can cause at that age . if he was going to shoot up heroin would you support him on that to ? your suppose to help the new guys on here not give them support when they are doing something stupid..


Hey man i dont think its that big of deal that u r doing a cycle at that age... People sit there an say all you need to do is eat and eat some more and u will grow but the fact of the matter is is nt eeryone has theSgenes to grow like that.. I worked out from 16 to 18 and was still 135 lbs at 6 ft a dam bean pole i just wouldnt grow.. So at 18 i started cycling i am now 6 ft 4. Also to the guy that said u r lazy for not counting your macros fuck him dude thats bullshit... People need to realize that not everyone is into like that.. I mean i think its great that some of you guys have found a passion that u love and count out macros and eat 7 meals a day and all that but that does not mean the next guy wants to do all that but that doesnt mean that just cause hes not counting carbs and eating plain chicken and rice all day that he cant use aas... I mean that lifestyle is not for everyone its just not ideal..sure will u get more out of it if you do do those things yes prolly so but one may not want to be some huge ox.. One can plenty of good gains eating fairly clean 3 meals a day more or less like your avg person using aas.. So everyone who is bashing him ecayse he dint lay out the exact fuxkig carbs he was going to intake realize that may be you passion but other are content with how thy do things...to each is own.. Hey luca when do u think the right age to start using aas is.. I always thought like 19 to 20 was about right... Isnt your body pretty much done developing by then... I mean i know u still grow after that but as far as your whole like puberty systen and all that i thought was devloped.. The reasoning im asking is because i have a friend whos 20 ab wants to do a cycle and he asked me if i thought it was safe to do one are if he should wait.. Is 20 really that far off from being ready?? If so what do u think the earliest age is that one should do like a test only cycle? I mean i know a cyxle with tren and stuff would be out of the question but what about a test only?

From my understanding 25 is the earliest. Now a lot of people don't wait that long. I didn't. I bought a cycle at 19 and then was talked out of it and did my first at 21 I think. Still to early. I never did blood work before cycle but by my mid 20's my test was already kinda low (low 400's).

Finally some good legitimate advice. I think I'm actually gonna read into eq and mast some more and if its what I'm interested in ill drop the tren. I just always figured your body doesn't build up a tolerance to certain things, like tren for example so why not try it young. Im going to read into mast and eq more, i already know a lot about mast, but not eq.

wtf? why does it matter if i count my fats and carbs? i keep track of my proteins because thats whats building my muscles, I'm not cutting my fats or carbs so if i were to count them id probably be over anyways. I just feel like i run my carbs and fats how i feel for the day and if my bf starts going too high ill cut it down for a few days?

im an ectomorph by genetics, my dad weighs like 140. I just have a tiny ass frame and a 28" waist. I was always one the most muscular dudes on my football teams and I've placed in teen bodybuilding comps, so I'm pretty sure I'm not that small? how big were you at 19 at what height/weight/bf?
