Thanx my friends - it's been a weird friggin year so far , dads got Alzheimer's my moms got terminal cancer now my sister. She's got brain swelling so they have to relieve the pressure. Sorry to have to relay bad news. Oh and the drunk didn't get anything and is setting in jail , 4th DUI . And my sister knew him ....nothing but drunks in Alaska !!!

I am truly, truly sorry ogh. Sometimes fate seems to have it in for us- all we can do is be strong for those that need us. I know you well enough to know your family is lucky to have a solid person like you to lean on. Be that rock as long as you can my friend and when all else fails take it out on the weights. Brighter days are in store for you.

Nothing new up here . Sister stable , gonna hit the gym here . Its actually a huge senior citizens complex that's close to my parents with a big Universal machine (nice leg press) and lots of old school weights . And no one uses it ....later guys ~Ogh
