Thank you...And that's what makes a great meatball good sir! Eating them cold. I steam then bake mine. What do you do?Looking good SB! I made 30 of those (meatballs) the other night. They're even good cold!
I dig that. Meatballs, meatloaf and patties. You never go wrong
Looks great! Did you made the meatballs yourself as well? I never had turkey meatballs, would be great to know how to make them.So what I have here is:

Making them is super easy.
get ground turkey and place in a bowl.
gather:
salt, pepper, brown sugar, tyme, oregano, white pepper, garlic salt,1 egg aND bread crumbs. (These can change depending on how you like it)
I go by EYE and don't measure lol cos I've been doing it awhile. Mix everything together and make a very small pattie. Fry that pattie so you can check the taste (that's what I do) if you like then proceed to making meatballs or turkey patties.
I steam for 30 min then bake for 12 at 350. @Northern Nutrition might have a diffrent way.
Hope that helps
Lean beef, lean pork, seasoned Italian bread crumbs, eggs, freshly grated parmesan reggiano cheese, water.
Bake for 20min @ 425. Then turn meatballs and bake another 20mins - or until they are golden brown.
and when you do, make sure you post a picture here! Thanks bros! Sure I will try both your recipes, cant wait to make and eat them!![]()
