Doc's DNP log

Another day of 500mg and still no ridiculous heat, headaches, lethargy, fatigue, etc. I'll give it a few more days before considering bumping up the dosage more
 
Seriously. You should feel 500 mg at the same day you take it...

I'm losing weight and it's working at producing some heat but you have to understand what I'm already used to daily. I sweat year round from 0deg to 100deg. This batch is from a group buy and 2 guys lost about 15lbs on it and a few others a bit less. I know the stuff is good I may just have a tolerance to it at lower doses who knows

At this point you can certainly say your body is tolerating it well!!

Like I said earlier, my first cycle also had the least sides. I'm curious to see if your future cycles start out this smooth.

We will see. I have enough to last for 2 very aggressive cycles or 3-4 mild ones.

The fact that I'm getting little to no sides, to be honest the yellow urine and yellow semen are the two most obvious sides so far, and the fact that DNP strips you of glycogen and hinders the ATP process yet I'm still able to lift maximal weights (90%+ of 1RM) is an unexpected bonus lol.
 
Take it easy when increasing the dosage doc, I would personally stay at 500mg for at least a week before upping it again - especially since you cant micro load with 250mg caps.

Maybe that's the key? I drink 2+ gallons a day and don't hold much water during a DNP cycle.

I think water intake is just one of many factors - dosing, carbs & overall caloric intake probably play a role too.

Interestingly, if your water intake is TOO high then it can lead to electrolyte depletion - this also increases overall water retention.

I'm still pretty high on carbs. No less than 250g of carbs so far and 2.25gal of water so far today
 
Day 7 of 500mg and day 11 of cycle. Finally starting to feel some extra best but nothing I'm not already used to naturally. Still getting good workouts in, lethargy is non-existent, and have upped my water intake to 2.25gals and still feel slight thirst sometimes.
 
Day 17 of cycle and day 2 of 750mg. Still tolerating this DNP like it's my bitch. Workouts going great, weight loss continues, I'm definitely holding some water, but not experiencing anything like you typically hear about "feels like shit, etc".

Curious to see how you tolerate the 750.. I know there's water weight but how much have you lost on the scale so far? How much longer are you planning on staying on it?

I'm curious too as I know most have trouble tolerating 500mg. One guy on another forum went over a gram a day and was able to tolerate it pretty well considering.

I've lost about 10lbs so far and that's without cutting out much calories. On training days in still eating well over maintenance. Not sure if that's why my workouts haven't suffered much but I'm still working with high intensities almost unphased.

I'll stay on for another 2wks tops. If I hit 190 before that I may call it quits then.

I have a very high tolerance to many drugs and that maybe playing a role in this. I did miss a dose on one of the 500mg days but that's not going to make much of a difference.

Hmmmm. I HAD a high tolerance to a lot of drugs but by the time I finished a 20 year career of daily heroin, pcp, cocaine and alcohol abuse (rarely all four- usually two at a time) my body can't tolerate jack shit. Pinning more than a gram of combined aas compounds leads to vicious sides and the dnp experiment was short and brutal. I am a 36 year old with a 60 year olds ruined organs.
