time under weight. takes time under weight. no one is going to look like they want in just a cycle or two. it takes years to get close to the look we want and even than we won't be satisfied. trust me on that one lol ;)

Screw calves! I think they are on our bodies to just piss us off. They don't grow lol
Calves are probably the most stubborn. All genetic. Either you had them your whole life or ya dont. I dont think they can be Improved much if your in the latter company :)

They really are. I use to train them a lot more but didn't get results... So I stopped lol
 
Imma start of saying like hot dog did ok guys I'm back.but not really thought I'd post a pic on here , i know a few of you fellas know my situation , except a new twist.after my 18 hr surgery from a 22 chewing up my insides.I decided to pull my feeding/breathing/and suction tubes our,idk if youz guyz know but they put a balloon in there so you can't ,well I did.I was 220 & and kinda scary looking, idk why they didn't tie me to bed.anyway long story bareable I fucked up my esophagus/voice box well Feb 18 2015 I flat lined voicebox closed from scare tissue. They say I need about 4 more surgeries. I'm in the middle of a come back like my 3rd since march 17 2014 when I got blasted.I hope you don't mind me posting on your thread.I know we talked about my shit figured I'd share and toss in a pic.I'm going to eventually do a start to finish.I know I've said b4 but I didn't know 13 months later I'd still be so fucked up.THANXuploadfromtaptalk1428945330178.jpg

2 intra workout shakes
Both had 40g protein (10g bcaa)
And 60g carbs from instant oatmeal. Never have I ever had pumps like that.... Jesus
Pre work out ??? I'm about to get my fast acting humalin pen & was always under the assumption that its to be hit emdiatly after work out because that's the time when insulin is most efective. Driving the protine carbs creatine etc thats consumed. into muscle...also try DGC its a carb/energy/sugary drink that is sipped on and also drank after work out to avoid any insulin issues

Slin is the shit tbh. If you don't have carb/protein ratios right it will make u fat quick... Pre work is better IMO because you activate mTOR (protein synthesis) and shuttle aminos while the muscle is active and blood is pumping. POST workout = easier. Pre workout is better results IMO. Take sum cialis with it.... Pumps unreal. Made my arms whole inch bigger during workout

Strength def up today pushed 275 today on flat bench which y'all know I struggle with.

Tolerance for ppl is down.

Also started clen from extreme peptides. Shaking like a leaf at 80mcg. Cramping in weird places. Looking leaner every morning. Carbs less than 100 (usually 50) on non workout days. Very light on the scale in mornings. Body has been slowly changing shape. Looking bigger in the mirror smaller on the scale
