Doc's DNP log

Wow. Jealousy from me- three days at 500mg and I thought I was going to die. Flushed it all down the toilet and prayed for my heart to beat normal.

DNP certainly didn't agree with brutus.. I remember a couple phone calls where he was wanting to go to the ER. I just wish he didn't flush those magical caps down the toilet.. :(

This stuff isn't for everyone, that's for sure..

Hahaha, no not at all!! Just making a point that some people can't handle it. I'm shocked docD is tolerating it so well but people reading this log shouldn't expect it to go this easy for them.

The max I could take long term was 375mg, anything above that and it became counterproductive (stronger carb cravings, inability to train with sufficient intensity, etc).

I also echo everyone else's view on this, just because doc is fine at 750mg, doesn't mean everyone else will be - individual responses to dnp vary considerably.
 
Day 3 of 750mg and day 18 of cycle. I finally began to feel some sides. Night sweats last night were clearly evident although not as bad as they are while I'm on tren. I did get some hot flashes during the day but once again not as bad as while on tren. My water intake is hovering around 2.5gallons a day. No lethargy still, no headaches, no I'm dying feeling, etc. Breathing is the same as on tren namely I get winded quickly but I was still able to pull the prowler out the other day and get a light conditioning workout in. Weight room workouts have not suffered from what I can tell. I mean I have some fatigue still from doing the PL meet a few weeks ago but I'm doing some heavy volume and intensity work and my progress has been what I've expected. Not less bc of the DNP. One reason I'm attributing the lack of lethargy in the gym is bc I'm keeping my carbs pretty high still. Oh the joys of "effortless weight loss" as a dear friend put it :)

Thanks Ripped. My tolerance is high to a lot of stuff but I didn't expect it to be the case for DNP like it has. I should have added in my above post that one side that's presented itself at 750mg is food cravings. Not carbs specifically but just food in general. For example, this morning I had 8 whole eggs, pita bread, oatmeal, and fruit at 5:30 before work. By the time 7am rolled around I had a protein shake with chocolate milk, oatmeal and granola mixed in, and 2 bananas. I snacked on several pieces of fruit until lunch and was still hungry when lunch came around. This appetite reminds me of tren and T3 lol. Eating like a horse and stop getting leaner with no negative impact on my strength training.

You and Johnny are absolutely right and I'll say it again:

Individual tolerances to DNP can vary greatly. Just bc I'm getting away with 750mg wih minimal sides doesn't mean anyone else will. Do NOT jump into 750mg dosing to anybody thinking of running DNP. That's just a recipe for disaster.

Still tolerating the DNP extremely well. Workouts are great, no lethargy, no headaches or anything like that. Night sweats are definitely here and I'll get the occasional flushing feeling and heat during the day but nothing I can't tolerate or not already used to.

Had no night sweats last night, no heat waves today, no lethargy, etc. It's almost like I'm not on DNP except my urine and semen have the yellow color to them which is common with DNP users. I have no idea why I'm tolerating it this well but it's a surprise. Weight is down to 194lbs and training still going great while calories are the same.

holy chit, didn't realize that was you, just re read your log realizing I had read it a couple days ago during research... You did a 21 day cycle and most of it was 500-750mg/day? wow. how much did you end up losing after water weight dropped? (didn't see the final number in thread log)

I haven't finished the cycle yet but it will be wrapped up shortly more than likely.
 
Very interesting stuff. I tend to be one that handles stuff well. I also wonder if marijuana helps. I will give it a tryvaftet season and in front of my bulk. Thanks for the log.

I have not been off marijuana to test if it helps or not but it helps me in many other aspects so it goes hand in hand with many things I do.
 
So update time:

Today is day 10 of 750mg and day 25 of the cycle. Feel great still although was getting some night sweats over the weekend.
 
So slightly off topic question @docs187123 @johnnyBALLZ is DNP only something you do off cycle?

Running gear tends to make me run hotter than normal so I wouldn't blast really so as not to exacerbate the hyperthermia from DNP although I feel very little heat from it and my body temps are still below average even on the 750mg dose. I am running a cruise dose of test, 200mg, to help with any potential catabolism of muscle although I don't think DNP causes significant muscle loss. Put another way, DNP on it's own is effective enough that if you're cutting you shouldn't need to run any gear alongside it.

Exactly. You certainly don't need any more cutting agents and I agree DNP doesn't cause much if any muscle loss. BUT I think it would be extremely hard to gain any muscle on DNP. So there's no reason to run it while "on".

No I don't post pics online for security reasons. I can give you the final numbers of weight lost though. Also I'll be training with a member from here in several weeks. I'll show him before pics and he'll see me in person after the cycle. You can ask him what he thinks of the results.

Edit* that is if the member wants to make himself known. If he doesn't that's his right to make that decision.
