Bicep width.

Watch some of rich pianas videos on you tube. He struggled with arm size in the begging and now he is fucking huge.

I'm not 100 percent sure what is in his arms but they sure jiggle a lot. Thanks for the video. I'll check it out. He does have big arms though.

Its not synthol if you watch his other videos you can tell. You can't get any kind of symmetry with synthol. He is on a ton of HGH and juice though.

Oh he def has used synthol but it dissipates over time. So I doubt he loads up all the time. But his muscles just are big. They aren't hard. Not saying I could get my arms that big. Synthol or not.

Anyone have any success getting overall thickness to their bi's? Or is it just genetics?
yha..hammer curls..thats how I thickend mine..a dumbbell with weights only on the bottom..no weights on the top...one arm then the other...repeat with no rest till the arms fail..then a decending set till u'v completely fail with 3 or 4 reps...look at that >>>>pump<<<<< 3 weeks and u'll notice the thickness.

I keep threating to do it i am just so damned tired after my 10 and a half hour shifts at work i keep talking my self out of it. Just like i keep talking my self out of quitting smoking. Once i get my proviron and dbol next week ill be doing this new routine every night, quit smoking, change and , wink wink

It's tough when your working those long days. I had to recently scrap a cycle early cause I was working 12.5 with an hour drive each way. And it was night shift on top of that.

What is the science behind doing those sets of very high reps each night? It seems counterintuitive to what I understand are the basics of muscle growth. Call me a deep skeptic. Fairly, I am also really short and very blessed with extremely large natural arms so maybe I just take it for granted.

When you lift heavy your tearing the muscles fibers down and they take about 72 hr to fully recover. Light weight high rep pumps fresh nutrient rich blood into the muscle. It also can increase the size of your zeins to fill it up with even more blood in the future.

Rich sure has a way with words...... If your a little bitch you dream your gettin killed lol!! Thats some funny shit[emoji23]having said that, im def gonna be trying this shit out!!!
