Got a great tip from that old bodybuilder today. Told me to take 5 tablets at night and before my morning workout for horrible back cramps. Im suffering from debilitating back cramps on leg day. Im gonna swing by and pick a few bottles up. Dont know why I didnt think of that...

Potassium.

I picked up 2 bottles of potassium tabs for 8 bucks at wallys this morning. Im gonna start taking it at night and after my morning workout. Seems to already be working


That's why I eat 2 of these a day.

I eat roughly 3 bananas a day. Still not nearly enough. I get crazy cramps after what ever body part I worked on that day. Like on chest day. My chest will cramp up for two days every time I reach across to put my seatbelt on. I ran it by this old timer and he's like yup its potassium. He sees me fucked up walking around after squats and gives me some advice. Thank god for old timers :)
 
Yeah it definitely sounds like cramps. I don't really get them except in my damn legs in the middle of the night after i do legs. My last blood work showed my potassium was really high so I geuss I'm lucky there.

Go check out your blood work you did a while back and see where your at on potassium

I just examined my labs again. It shows potassium in normal reference ranges.

You must remember these ranges are for "normal" non active males. Certainly not ones that engage in frequent highly intense workouts. I am 270 lb. I SWEAT alot. When you sweat you lose potassium. In combination with this texas heat and my job requirements it all makes perfect sense. Potassium deficiency
 
4/26/15 mish mash shoulders/arms

Still working around my wrist injury. Ive found I can do hammer curls which is nice cuz I can NOT do any sort of bicep work where my wrist isnt in the neutral position. Im pretty new to this exercise so ill make pretty fast gains here. Felt good. Hopefully I can thicken my bi's this way

Front raises 35'sx16, 35'sx16, 35'sx16, 40'sx16
Shrugs [45lb plate each hand] 3 sets of 20
Superset with
Laterals [10lb plate] 4 sets of 20. Gone very light on purpose. I like the constant tension with a small weight

Rack pulls 315x6, 405x5, 315x1
thought these would be a good idea. My back is screaming! Not good. Dont think ill do again
