Looking for suggestions on how to build an ass. My quads are awesome, but I such a tiny ass now it looks rediculous.

Anything I could do to focus on that? I am running gear on cut ATM.

Not knowing how you are performing your squats i would say to position your feet farther apart when squatting. The closer the feet are together the more the quads are worked and the farther apart the more you work the glutes. Lunges will also help.

^ ATG low bar squats usually require rather wider stance which involves posterior chain more than olympic or high bar. But for me nothing builds a twerker more than sumo or deficit snatch grip deadlifting as long as you bend knees on the deficit because there is not only one way people perform these but as long as you increase leg rom by bending knee further you will get more posterior chain and even quad need.

Thanks gigalo - I do have my feet pretty close together, so that may be it. I'll try moving them out 6 to 8 inches and see if I can feel altered muscle use.

Lunges - adding to my schedule, Ty sir.

Just closely follow the chick with the fattest ass around the gym and mirror what she does. If you don't get arrested, you should be on your way to a donk in no time...

Exactly. Girls in my gym with an ass are always hitting it.

Try adding some dumbell step ups and Bulgarian split squats as well. I do find deep squats and deadlifts work fine with my ass though.

BB hip thrusts to isolate. If they aren't growing they prob aren't firing properly. U need to retrain them I'm positive

^^This. Barbell thrusts with a bench is amazing for you glutes and hams (depending on foot position). It is far better than squats for posterior chain development IME. Also the isolation has helped me put 50 pounds on my working weight for squats as well as deadlifts, so the movement definitely has carry over.
