What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Shoot I can pay 10.00 for almost a gallons worth of kirkland egg whites at costco. That easily covers my 50.00 membership fee. I pay 40.00 for a gallon from International Egg whites and thats before shipping.

Plus Sams pissed me the fuck off a while back. I spent 2 hours filling my cart up and when i got to the check out line they told me that they don't accept credit cards. Only cash, check and debit. Who the fuck doesn't take credit cards?

If you spend something like $5000 a year there the executive membership for $100 pays for itself. You get a rebate at the end of the year of 2%. Costco only takes Amex for now. Apparently they are moving to Visa in 2016.

I love costco they have great quality meat decent veggies and fruit and of course eggs and chicken.
Not only does my membership get covered every year i also earn store credit, so every year i get a prime rib for new years with my earned credit.
Whats not to love about that!!!!

I decided to start a "what are you eating thread" , to keep up on what guys are eating to achieve their goals .....

Im Keto dieting so its (4) scrambled eggs and diced lean ham this morning . Its an old stand-by of mine that fills me up and has lots of protein & very little fat compaired to bacon . I sometimes add green chile salsa to spice it up , only 2 grams carbs per 2 tbs. I might also add a tbs of real butter to it sometimes to give me more fat , not this morning . Just lost another lb these last 3 days .......:D
First off, wanna say I've been hearing a lot of good things about you, and was directed to this from a post on my own.... figure I can't go wrong trying to learn a thing or two from a fellow Oregonian lol.... transplanted to Alaska now though...

As it stands now, I eat just about the same thing everyday, just vary the flavoring or veggies. As I'm trying to cut back down from 33% bodyfat I'm pretty much ground chicken breast, and eggs, and fat free Greek yogurt.... haven't really touched the eggs this week as I'm hooked on this chocken taco filling style meal I threw together..

1 pound ground chicken,
bell peppers,
onions,
chicken taco seasoning blend...
Cook it up using Macadamia nut oil, only a couple Tbsps.

I split that into three servings.

Then top with 1/2 cup Fat free plain greek yogurt, which i season with garlic. The brand I use contains only 5g of carbs per 1/2 cup, 1.5g sugar..

Then the wife just made me a "salsa" to add some freshness. ... tomatoes, cilantro, celery.

I prefer my chicken breast ground, harder to fuck it up and i feel it's easier to choke it down if I'm not feeling it.
Order in bulk from the local butcher, he even wraps it individual pound packages for me while giving me almost a dollar discount per pound cuz I order 60-80lbs at a time.

Try replacing the sour cream with fast free plain greek yogurt. .. a lot more protein, no fat, and if you grab the right brand, 10g of carbs per cup so you can keep your ratios where you want better, and still get the creamy texture and great taste....

Just an option if you're looking to clean it up a bit sans guilt

My diet during the work week, when not island hopping to smaller islands for work, looks like this currently:

Meal 1- 1 scoop Fruit Punch Celltech mixed with 1 scoop iso zero unflavored
260 cals
38g carbs
25g protein

Meal 2- 5oz ground chicken breast, 1 cup bell peppers and onions, 1/2 cup fat free greek yogurt, 1Tbsp Mac oil
420 cals
19g fat
15g carbs
58g protein

PWO-Meal 3- 1 scoop Anabolic Halo
130 cals
10g carbs
20g protein

Meal 4- Same as meal 2

Meal 5- Same as meal 2

Meal 6- Same as meal 2

Meal 7- 1 scoop Phase 8
150cal
2g fat
7g carbs
26g protein

Total:
2220 cal
78g fat
115g carbs
303g protein

A lot of the places I travel to for work do not have healthy options, so when traveling I'm actually at the mercy of what ever the local store or restaurant has.... that's why it's so important to eat like this when at home.

Weekends though almost ALWAYS call for bacon and 4 poached eggs for breakfast.. topped of course with some more of that greek yogurt and probably some homemade salsa.

Been like this for about a month now, when I'm home, and as of this morning I'm down 17 pounds, sitting right at 300lbs today... I've put on over 80 pounds the last couple years due to injuries, and just got cleared to get back to training last month.... so I think this has been successful for me so far, especially considering my energy levels are through the roof and I can feel my strength and endurance climbing.

This is the brand i reference, as of the handful options available here: this one provides both the most protein and leaat amount of carbs... especially less sugar than the others
