6'8 - Getting Started - First Cycle

^^^This is the truth. Ill say again your to young and have lots of natural potential. Most guys that come on here and say this usually have there minds made up so its up to you

OP I'm not even sure why using AAS crossed your mind. You've been in the gym for 6 months, followed by a 4 month break and have the body composition of your average untrained guy walking around.

You need to re-evaluate whether AAS is the right choice for you. 6 months of lifting and stopping for 4 months doesn't sound like the ideal person to use AAS, It sounds like your average new years resolution-er.

Dude, what I would give to be 20 years old, and 6ft8 knowing what I know now. I'd be 320 pounds with abs! Get to work boy and forget about AAS until you peak naturally. And at 185 pounds you haven't even come close.

If you can't gain naturally at your age and height there is definetley something wrong ! Aas is not magic and if you truly believe you can achieve optimum gains by disregarding Your current natural ability then spending money on aas will be a complete waste ! Dial in your macros and train hard...eat big....then train harder ...! All I could recommend take it as a grain of salt

Yes I got you but the thing is I can't afford a regular supplementation. Without supplements I don't feel like hitting the gym. Anyways, You guys are not crazy. I'll consider your opinion of dropping them for now. I'll try gaining some real pounds first. Yes, You are right. This might be just out of laziness and I don't wanna play with my body.
Anyways, Can you shed some light on supplements I require for mad gaining then?
By the end of the year I want to gain some real pounds and will spend the money I collected on the supplementation then.
That will help me.
Thanks everyone
Respect!

Good choice. Start at 4500 calories a day and 400 grams of protein daily. See how that goes. What type of training are you doing now?

Guys we've been trolled. I'm confident he's not srs. He even put is fucking name as his handle. He's baiting you. I will never understand the urge to troll Internet forums. It's a despicable lifeform

Are you out of your mind? What will I get by doing so? I was dead serious about taking them and then sat down and really gave it a thought after getting all those comments.
That was purely out of laziness ( I mean Who doesn't wants to get bulked up quickly :P) . Now I'm real serious about hitting the gym and making some mad gains.

Yes, I can do that. I've no clue about the training lol

These are the supplements I'm having right now.
10 LBS Universal Mass Gainer
10 LBS Muscle Juice Gainer
5 LBS ONN Lean Mass Gainer
5 LBS Whey Protein Onn
4 LBS NitroTech Protein
4 LBS Muscle Pharm Protein
2 LBS Universal Whey Protein

Right now I'm planning on taking 5,000 Calories , 400 Grams of Protein , ( I've no clue about Fats and my Carbs intake - Can somebody help me with that? ) with Universal mass gainer and muscle juice gainer. ( Are those mass gainers too much or I do need them at this height ). After that I'll be running Lean Mass Gainer and Protein stacks ( Creatine, Glutamine, BCAAs - Whatever you guys suggest ) to see some real good changes. I'll maintain a healthy diet throughout though.

I'm expecting some good decent gains. Let me have some advice on this.

Thanks!
