Tires still look new , no cracks of anykind , it was kept in a humid-controlled storage unit , first class , only the handgrips have wasted away and I got some new ones coming....Im gonna ride the hell out of it for a few months then list it for $1500...

I hear you, it's easy to let things go a bit. Taking a week off is usually a great thing but for us deranged few it can really mess with our heads.
I was on a cruise (like a boat, not test lol) a while back and would just wake up early and hit the gym before getting on with my day, then would meet up with my fam for the coffee and breakfast buffet.
Didn't go everyday but enough to keep things in check. It was actually very enjoyable and was cool meeting the other weirdos obsessed enough with fitness to go workout on a cruise. Plus I didn't mind the nice ocean and island views while getting a lift in! Just had to get used to the slight swaying back and forth whilst holding dumbbells above your head [emoji33]
When I'm vacationing with friends or a girl they are usually very fitness oriented so it's kind of a fun thing to go get a pump going together in some random gym as opposed to an inconvenience.

Yep Dads back and the kids have done pretty good ...they are outeating me !! Dinners in Cabo , $40-$70 steaks and mass seafood , not bad . I had cottage cheese this morning and had steak/chicken/rice again tonight , Im trying to get back to my normal ....

Thanks MLW - she got lucky and got yet another second chance , she sounds like she's back to normal . I hate that she has yet another scrip for pain pills . Shes been on them for 15 years ....but shes tame in comparison to my crazy alcoholic crackhead other sister

Yes it is OGH. One of my favorite dishes/salads and it's so easy to make.
