good cycle for beginner!

Hey guys looking for some advise on a a hood cycle for lean mass and strength gains. Some what new to this, I've done pH's and one cycle of d-bol before with no side afftes. Just seeing what would be a good starter from me.
 
Without giving us more info on yourself (weight, age, bf%, etc.) the answer above will be pretty much all you'll get for first cycle advice... And even with more info, that's probably still the advice you'll get lol tell us something about yourself and some goals and we'll see what we can do

Well I'm 24 193ibs 13% bf and some of the goal I would like to see are bf down to 8% and get to 205. Also hope to keep my cardio the same at the pace at my goal weight.
 
That would mean you'd lose close to 10lbs of fat while gaining 20 lbs of muscle lol gear is good but not that good.
OK so what could I expect of of a first cycle my diet right know is 3500 cal with 250 protein 350 of carbs. My lifts are bench 235 back squat 355 deadlift 455 clean 245
 
500mg/week test cyp....12-14 weeks. pinned twice a week..

adex @ .25mg EOD

PCT meds on hand while on cycle....nolva, clomid

dont try and re-invent the wheel, this is a tried a true cycle for a first timer..
 
Then I think it's definitely possible if you ramp your calories up to reach 215+ if this is your first cycle. Now, that is not by any means a guarantee and the only way you'll be able to reach that in a couple of months is if you're okay with some water and fat. If you're worried about the chub, still eat a shit ton (4500+ calsj) ust do your best to keep it relatively clean , 210 with the same body fat percentage is not unreasonable if your gear is good and properly dosed.

OK for injectionsbit should be in the fatty areas correct and do these sound good with this cycle fish oil cycle assist milk thistle ect.....
 
you inject into the muscle! Deca is best IMHO. protein is the only thing that builds muscle, 2g protein per pound of body fat everyday.

Deca for a first cycle is bad advice bro imo. I like most of what i read from u but i wouldnt suggest deca to a guy that obviously doesnt know his ass from his elbow.
You have still got a long ways to go before you do a cycle...sit back and research on here...all the questions you have , have been answered in threads within the forums...

sweet while we're talking about beginners maybe you guys can give me an opinion on my second cycle (also I'm sorry about my grammar, I don't write english very well). I ran 500mg of test E per week on my first cycle for 14 weeks and ran nova 10 days after. and didn't really see any gains till week 12 and that's when I blew the fuck up in muscle but I wasn't lean at all and had mad acne it was so embarrassing that I didn't take my shirt of in public till like 4 months later when most of the acne finally went away. this time I'm looking at running a tren/test cycle. from what I been reading 250mg of test e and 100 mg of tren ace is the way to go but I'm also going to take some accutane because I want to be able to take my shirt of with out looking like a swamp monster.
 
also heard deca might not be a bad idea to help the joints but if I do would I have to also take arimidex? also how long do you guys think I can run the cycle for? once I feel like I found the answer to all my questions I'm going to start my on blog and post results. thanks ahead for the help this seems like an awesome community to be apart of!

you have to run Arimidex or Aromasin because of Test not Deca. high estrogen and high carb diets will give you bad acne. you need to get your diet down, cause you fail with you diet last cycle.
