Hey, guys. Doing this log as a progress reference. I will be updating weekly or twice weekly schedule permitting. This will be my first cycle, 500 mg/wk test cyp. for 12 wks. My goal is to hopefully be around 215 by the end off this cycle.

Lifts
Bench: 270
Dead: 405
Squat: 385
Bench is kinda week due to bad shoulders n elbows. There all jacked from work. Looking to improve that on cycle. Took my first shot yesterday morning. Went relatively well. Gonna do 250mg test c Saturdays and Tuesdays. And 25. Mg adex EOD. Nolva on deck just in case. Pre cycle bloods were as follows

LH: 6.4
Estro: 15.1
