Hello all,

I am 47 years old, 5’8”, 210 lbs. pretty athletic (or used to be I should say). Too many injuries. Can’t make it to the gym more than 1-2 times a week. Herniated discs in the lower back, neck injury, hamstring, calf, both ankles, etc. The last 3-4 years have been extremely frustrating. I am a soccer player that played and trained including lifting 10-12 times a week. But right now, I simply cannot. I am contemplating using steroids. I am not trying to get bigger or body build, I just want to feel better so I can run a little and lift a little on a regular basis without the nagging injuries. Any suggestions? Thanks

Welcome to Meso brother. Sounds like a lot of injuries. Getting well should be your main focus and getting on AAS before being healthy is likely to compound things. What is your current BF? AAS may not be the way to go given your goals. If you go see your doc and get your levels checked you may be able to get on HGH which would help a lot with healing and anti aging properties.

Thanks Bro. My BF is about 22%. i just want to feel better so I can work out consistently. y frustration that I work out a few times and then I have to lay ff for a week or so before I can hit the gym again because the lower back or neck hurt. I am thinking maybe steroids can speed us recovery.

Welcome brother! I strongly believe you should concentrate on getting healthy first. Get healthy enough to workout without pain before even considering AAS.

Welcome bro! Like most of these guys said, focus on getting and staying healthy. Nothing worst than having to cut a cycle short!

Thanks Big Mike. That's what I'll do. I am going to focus on getting healthy, lose weight, and improve diet.
