Love chipotle
You have converted me, I was a Freebird guy but now I eat at Chiptole. They give you way more chicken when you aka for dbl. it's not chicken breast it's thighs so you have to be okay with the extra fat. I get the bowl or salad depending on my carb intake. Black beans, dbl chicken, medium salsa, light cheese and lettuce.
 
Made one of my favorite dishes tonight. I ate something similar from a restaurant years ago and have been making it every since.

South West Chicken Breast on a bed of rice and black beans with tortilla strips sprinkled on top. Pic doesn't do it justice, it is amazing and I made enough for my lunch for a few days. I ended up cutting the chicken in smaller pieces then you see in the pic and mixing it all together.

The side dish really didn't go with the main course but I need some cabbage in my life. The nutritional value of cabbage is amazing.

1 Head of cabbage, Chopped Carrots and a Diced Red Onion.

OK OGH...I'm HERE!! Carb loading before a competition Saturday. Aiming for 600g carbs today and tomorrow.
Breakfast: Entire tube of pilsbury cinnamon rolls
Lunch: 5 oz hamburger patty and 1 cup of Suddenly Salad Southwest Grains
Dinner: Big ass helping of lasagna
At least 32 oz of grape juice. Will adjust amount to meet the grams required for the day after measuring out how much lasagna I am able to eat.
