Does anyone here prep fish? I tried it once and the next day it stunk up the whole office. Im ready to really take my diet serious and do the chicken and rice and the fish and rice thing but I'm worried my fish will suck a day or two later.

Yellow fin tuna, salmon and Mahi is whats stocked in my freezer now. Thats what I want to prep but i know when i put it in the microwave at the office the next day that I might get fired.lol

Your right Odie , two days later it will suck, dry and fishy tasting. But one day it should be ok.

Right , fish dont keep well . Thats why I can or smoke all my salmon when Im in Alaska to bring back .

Pressure cooking it in Mason jars is the best (use chicken broth instead of water , yum). Do a (24) case and you will have a good stable supply , but yes you gotta work for it .

Or just cook it at night and eat it ASAP the next day ...

Chicken and tuna are my staples currently. Chicken is 35 Cal an Oz and fish is 25 cals an Oz. Both come in pound for pound the highest protein for least cals of any food even beating out whey. So if your cutting eat alot of that shit ;)

I don't reheat anything. Mostly because I FUCKING can't but any ways your the biggest dude in your office. Who's gonna stop you.

Nah my boss is a lot bigger but I'm faster so he can't catch me. I always tell him that. One day I'm gonna take a swing at that fucker and then im gonna run for my life. He's a bad mother fucker. Not only is he huge but he is trained to kill with his hands. He was in LE till he was 27 then he went and was in some kind of speacil ops project in Afghanistan for 8 years. He never talks about it but I've seen his bullet wounds.

Being involved in some "special ops" project as they call it doesn't mean he is was or is capable of matching a seal, ranger, delta or recon marine in any combat skill. Unless he can prove an eagle globe and anchor take it with a grain of salt.

Likely training locals. A job we would like to delegate out if we could:D

Fish keeps only ONE day, and properly wrapped and in the refrigerator

A couple years ago I was working in the bush so I bought 2 cases of Beachcliff sardines , 2 cases local tuna and Wasa multigrain crispbread and lived off those plus the local blackberries , thats all I had. Ate em both cold everyday and looked great come summers end ....lol
