Here is what my 5k diet looks like .. It's just shy of 5k but I'll fudge slightly and make it work. I'm using the 4k while cruising and 5k on blast. Also a weekly refeed of 6k on Sunday.
Here's what my 5000 calories looks like (470 protein, 330 carbs, 170 fat). 6 meals, breakfast + a shake, 4 whole food meals and a post workout shake.

4000 looks exactly the same minus the last meal of Yucca and steak. I also am working on a 6k meal but that's not done. Yah lots of food, but I'm fired up I get to eat steak 2x a day. That's almost as good as pizza twice a day.
Eat big or go home!!
