Here is what my 5k diet looks like .. It's just shy of 5k but I'll fudge slightly and make it work. I'm using the 4k while cruising and 5k on blast. Also a weekly refeed of 6k on Sunday.
Here's what my 5000 calories looks like (470 protein, 330 carbs, 170 fat). 6 meals, breakfast + a shake, 4 whole food meals and a post workout shake.

4000 looks exactly the same minus the last meal of Yucca and steak. I also am working on a 6k meal but that's not done. Yah lots of food, but I'm fired up I get to eat steak 2x a day. That's almost as good as pizza twice a day.

Eat big or go home!!

Hahaha yah my gym is two story and after the deads, leg press and leg ext I walked up stairs to find my wife. Could barely walk back down. Was like an old man holding the rail. Hack squats I'm a loser, this routine is new and I just skipped it. Didn't realize until just now. That won't happen again.
All in all I'm damn happy with how little I could walk after today. Really glad to be doing deadlifts, working on form not sure I have it down.
 
Well I thought I would have to build up to 5000 calories, but turns out nope. Whacked 5000 on my meal plan like it was nothing for 2 days now. This is so much better than cutting. A couple days before that I ate whatever the hell I wanted. Burgers, pizza, ice cream to name just a couple. This all lead up to a great workout last night. Best one I've had in awhile. I didn't feel weak or gasses until the very end as it should be.

Better get that food in while you can. About week 3 on the tren I cut my calories down to really let the tren harden me up and even with less calories I feel like Im force feeding half the time.

Btw I also use them 45 plates in each mitt and I can only get 20 solid reps. How the hell did you get 30?
You and me are both surprised. Those were full reps with a complete stretch on the way down. I do them like demondosage says with an ever so slight bend over to make a straight line from your shoulders to ear.
I was on fire last night.

Today was the first day in a long time my elbow tendonitis didn't bother me much. I was able to do some bicep work but I didn't push it. Also I'm new to rack pulls and need to work on form. I don't think I'm doing them right yet.

After 4-5 days of crushing 5000 calories the honeymoon is over and it became a chore. I'm struggling a bit but still getting at least 4500-5000. But need to step it up. T-10 days to pin day and I'm fired up. Everything is in hand except the Seros but they are on the way. I'm really looking forward to a shit to of growth in a year.

So squats, I've recently learned how bad my squat form is and I've been working on it with my buddy. Sending videos to him for critique. My wife is usually my camera lady but she wasn't there today so I originally thought fuck it no video. But about half way through I decided I could prop my phone up and get a decent shot. So it tried.. And failed.. And tried and got the me taking the weight off the rack but no squats. This went on about 5-6 times. So by now I'm fucking wiped out from doing all these squats on video that I can't use. I FINALLY get a decent shot but you can't see my knees and feet. Anyway long story short the shots I did finally get, my form was subpar cuz I was wiped out but damn it I got 2 shots I could use for critique. Anyway that's why I don't know how many sets and reps of squats I did lol.

I need to bump the weight on a few things like t-bar rows and weighted dips. I'm also still babying my elbows so I passed on wide grip pull ups and omitted the weight on chin-ups. I'll give it another few weeks if they are feeling good I'll start adding weight back.

Still struggling with the food a bit but I'm up about 4-5 lbs from just eating. I was depleted from trying to cut. Was 188 this morning so I'm pretty damn happy about that.

Fork to mouth one bite at a time!
 
A little late to the party, but here to support ya furious. You're doing a great job. I'm in similar boat myself, so I know how tough it can be at our age to make this kind of transformation. Kill it brother.
