It's been 3 weeks now...I've been so busy with work and the move down here to the island...been looking for a job here so I can be home more and not traveling every 2 weeks...closest gym is an hour away one way when I'm at work, which is 3 weeks a month now

Really talk. That's rough. For anyone. I mean body builders don't get the way they look from going to a gym an hour away let alone being gone for work for 3 weeks. But in thr mean time. Yoir body is your gym, you can do dips anywhere, pushups, resistance bands would work good for you along with a mini HIIT circuit you could do anywhere. Mind over matter brother! Good luck

Yes - my bloodtests came back better than Ive seen them in years . When your always lifting and eating high protein/gear month after month your bloodtest values are higher . A brief 1 month "clean-out" brings things back in line .

I believe BBing and all it entails is very stressful for the body , but the body adapts to this stress , if you stay at it.
Those that dont adapt to this stress quit or get left behind ....
