I remember back when I was prepping for my first show.... almost 10 years ago, one of the trainers that worked at the same gym i did camber into the break room as I was George Foremaning a fresh chicken breast, dude was prepping too, he made some strawberry and cream oatmeal, then dumped in some greenbeans and and a can of tuna. And scarfed it down. I asked how he could do that and he quoted Jay Cutler.... Food is strictly fuel..... if we were meant to eat for taste then we would all live off Burger King
